  1. Obviously we don't know why the panel reached their decision to dismiss the case. I've listened to the Sportsound debate with various theories as to why, but to me it is quite simple. The charge referred to deliberately handling the ball , there is no way that intent could be proved one way or the other, so the only possible outcome was , case dismissed. Justice prevails......... eventually!
  2. That's the monument above Clachnaharry. Regretfully the column is no longer there, and the monument is now surrounded by trees. I think it commemorates a battle between the Munros and possibly Mackintoshes back in the cattle rustling days.
  3. Urquhart's testimonial, and I think that is Brian Reid who was Ayr Utd manager after his playing days were over.
  4. Definitely Scorguie, the road on the top right hand corner sweeping left is Swanston Ave, you then have Kennedy Dr and the beginnings of Woodside Crescent going off to the left. The house in the field in the middle right in the field is now surrounded by Croft Rd.
  5. The mortuary at Craig Dunain I think.
  6. Q-cup final at Station Park early 80's. Caley beat Elgin 2-1. Think that the Elgin keeper is Hamish Morrison who later played for Caley.
  7. CMIB, the "John Urquhart" you refer to is , I believe, Billy's older brother . Although he has lived in Glasgow for past 30 years he is still an ICT season ticket holder and attends quite a few games over the course of a season.
  8. The two Rangers players in the pic are Bobby Williamson (now manager somewhere in Africa I believe ) and the late Ian Redford.
  9. Aviemore when the old A9 ran thru the village.
  10. definitely not any captain of the 5th ,Lamont Graham was succeeded by Ian "Flash" Reid and then in turn by Bill Moncur and none of these were ever involved in any criminal activity of the type suggested.
