Tyrone Smith from STV has just tweeted that Scott Kellacher is the new assistant manager. Barry Wilson joins as a coach.
-
In regards to the assistant manager, someone on P&B says it'll be Kellacher, which wouldn't be a big surprise.

I think the league title will be beyond us again this season. I’d expect a 4th place finish though.

Hi everyone, i'm a Yeovil Town fan and we've just announced Gary Warren as our latest signing. I just wondered your thoughts on him moving to a (not very successful) EFL League 2 club? Is he a leader on the pitch? We really need some of them.
While he has lost a yard or two of place over the last couple of years, he's still a solid defender and his positioning more than pace was always more of his forte. If you're playing a back four, you'll need a ball player in next to him, he's more of a Terry Butcher than Gerard Pique so to speak. I remember when he signed, we had Newport fans on here raving about him and it's no surprise to see our fans attesting to those very claims made six years ago.

Jordan Roberts has signed for Ipswich:

That statement reads like it was written by someone who failed Standard Grade English with made-up quotes and the tweet reads like it was written by a robot.

It does seem the only time they put out a statement is when a sponsor wants fans to visit their business or a sponsor has a competition. This seems more like the sponsor is using the ICT online media for their own benefit and if it continues no one will bother to stay connected via their social media streams.
A couple of months back, I went through the official website newsfeed and I found there was a lot of statements and news stories that weren't also tweeted or posted on Facebook. One was a pre-Challenge Cup final poem!

The social media is so sanitised its barely worth reading. The board and the new CEO need to realise that without paying customers ie fans there is no club.
It's like it's being run by an American teenage boy. This '#TeamICT' stuff is cringeworthy. What next? The national anthem before matches? A fly over by the Red Arrows? Cheerleaders spelling out 'Gooooooo Nessies!'?

Should we really be surprised? This chairman is a businessman who knows nothing about football - nothing. He won't understand the connection between some players and the fans and he doesn't care. This is business and nothing else. He allegedly doesn't know the names of the players and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he doesn't even know who Gary Warren is.

P&J confirm that Warren has left the building. A sad day.

Great fixture but shame it clashes with world cup semi final which might impact on the crowd.... frustrating!
The club have missed a trick here. The semi final kicks off at 7 so if you go to the friendly, you'll see really none of it. Why didn't the club arrange the game for a 1730/1800 kick off and then open up the bar and the hospitality suits after the game so folk can go in and watch it? If they put food on as well or some type of offer, they could do quite well.

Appropriate prices for what is a glorified training session IMO.

It was locked cause of loserz and haterz.

I remember him being very popular with the players when he was here in the past. An excellent coach apparently.

Talking about the real world aye. Funny statement to make when your opinions are on people you haven't met
I have.

I’m talking about the real world.

Not quite on topic, but a St Mirren fan on P&B claims they're in talks with Brian Rice.

Less power than a Canadian Province or a Swiss Canton who at least are afforded respect by their federal governments.
That's what I was referring to. Less power than any of the Canadian provinces, less power than any state or territory of America, less power than any state of Australia, less power than the Tyndwald of the Isle of Man, less power than the devolved parliament of Greenland (population 56,000), less powerful than the devolved parliament of the Faroe Islands (population 49,000) and less power than the devolved parliament of the Aland Islands (population 29,000). It's not one of the most powerful devolved parliaments in the world. It's probably barely in the top hundred.

Where's the respect for the 'worlds most powerful devolved parliament' promise
This is another line you see people (often Tories) come out with. It's simply untrue. It's not a 'powerhouse parliament'.

Whilst this should not become a debate about any individual poster, I have to disagree. CB has long attacked and attempted to bully individual posters particularly those who he perceives to be less intelligent or less articulate than himself.
I can attest that distain for this individual is certainly not confined to the realms of CTO.

Big fan of the U Bahn and the S Bahn. Still puts Scotland's railways to shame.

Sounds good to me, we might finally get a decent transport system.

I've thought myself that he's looking to play a 4-3-3. Hence why we've now got enough strikers and box-to-box midfielders.
Who would you like to see at ICT next season?

Sorry Tyrone.
