  1. Not trolling at all. 20k if we get Top 6. 15k if we get to a cup final in two years. I suppose the board had no option but to accept since Draper put in a transfer request a couple days ago.
  2. Close. 75k initial fee with add ons if we make Top 6 or a cup final.
  3. It's been the talk over here since about January/February. I can't see it happening but interesting that he's still not signed a new deal with ICT yet.
  4. It's public knowledge that he bought a house in the Ipswich area last week...
  5. Not having a dig here, just intrigued at the financial state of your club. Is there major money troubles this season? Tullochs up shiiit creek? Will it just be a one-off season as our honeymoon period will eventually go away? On OTB a lot are laughing as your hospitality has been cancelled this weekend v Aberdeen after only selling 1 table plus that the club has banned milk for the players as it's too expensive! Obviously like to see County do better on the pitch but I hope ICT are not on the decline too much financially as both need a strong County/Caley.
  6. What on earth are you on about? I'd say there was about 200-300 there today, plus Derek Riordan. EDIT: You got your info from my mate on Twitter who was joking with you when you asked him the travelling support but as long as it made you feel better.
  7. Not sure of the exact total but we raised over a grand. It was a good game. Just a shame for you lot that my pen was too hot to handle.
  8. Signing for us tomorrow I believe. Hopefully nonsense.
  9. County prices if anyone is interested. I imagine the cheapest in the SPL next season. ICT Equivalents East / West Stand Main Stand £360 - Adult £370 £210 - Over 65's / Student / Under 18's £300..........age 16-25 £260 £80 - Under 16's £150 £0 - Under 12's (when purchased with a full adult ticket - applies to 1st child only) N/A Jailend (South) Stand North Stand £300 - Adult £320 £165 - Over 65's / Student / Under 18's £190......16 - 25 £180 £80 - Under 16's £90 £0 - Under 12's (when purchased with a full adult ticket - applies to 1st child only) N/A In addition ICT offer £200 for one adult and 2 U-12s in uncovered section. Also prices for Family section.
  10. At this stage I very much doubt we will offer the same for wages as you could. We're in the same league now so I imagine both sets of fans this summer will be wondering why they didn't sign a good player than went to the other club.
  11. 2 weeks ago there were a lot of rumours in Dingwall that he's signing for us. I doubt we could afford him but we'll wait and see!
  12. Indeed. I've noticed a lack of branded footwear in our support. The charity shop must be thriving!
  13. Every club does it. If they don't save a bit of money from this in these economic times then the club are incredibly stupid.
  14. I think Derek Adams comments in the paper this week probably put a lot of fans off going to the game including me. A lot of County fans don't seem to be happy with basically our reserve team being put out last night but I think it's the correct decision since the league games are coming thick and fast and we know what happened last time we had a fixture pile-up.
  15. lol Agree the who has a better away attendance malark is pretty pointless. We (and probably yourselves) always get slated for away attendances despite having to make the long journey down the A9 every second week but our away attendances have been pretty good by our standards this year. Of course being top of the league plays it's part in that though. Roughly off the top of my head so far this season we've taken about 350 to Partick, 400 to Dundee, 500ish to Falkirk and about the same number to St.Mirren last weekend although that was a cup game (despite us not bothered about the cup this season). Took our standard 150-200 to Livi, Raith, Hamilton, Morton though and an heard of 100+ to Queen of the South. I always laugh at other teams fans slating us anyway. Raith on Saturday being a prime example moaning that we only took 160 fans despite the overall attendance being just 1700ish?
  16. I think your meaning two seasons ago as they were pretty poor last year. Even then though i think they had about 4 games in hand to play, they only have 2 this time around and they are already 5 points clear. They've never been in such a good position in the first division to suggest they are bottlers. 2 extra games isn't going to make much of a difference i don't think. Unless they have some serious injuries they are heavy favourites for picking up the title this season. The closest I think we got to the top in the season you won the league was this exact point. We had just beaten Dundee away and were 6pts behind with 3 games in hand. We never caught up with those games until we had to play about 7 games in the final 2 weeks. This season is a lot better (at the moment) we're 5pts clear with 2 games in hand. We also have a far better squad this season by having proper cover for each position. Long way to go yet but it's looking good.
  17. There's a charity one in september! Has that one not been arranged to fit in with an International free week or something? We've not heard anything about this over the bridge. Anyone care to explain when this friendly is taking place?
  18. Don't get me wrong Munro and Duncan are great signings for us but it's players in which we are already very strong. We had the 3rd best defence last year despite finishing 8th and our CB pairing of Scott Boyd and Johnny Flynn picked up the player of the year awards as well as our DCM Stuart Kettlewell. It's obviously nice to have competition for places though...
  19. He's said in the papers he has enjoyed his time and wants to stay but only under his terms. A few board members don't like him and I think he wants a big budget to go for a title challenge next season which could be risky if we more than likely fail. Calderwood's huge ego means he is wanting a quick fix back to the SPL where he thinks he more than belongs in management. Most of the fans opinions is that we would like him to stay but only if we are sensible with the money. Signings like Duncan and Munro would definitely show our intent next season I feel.
  20. Hello my Inverness friends. North Star reporting today that we are talking to Russell Duncan and Grant Munro about coming to Ross County. Does this seem likely? Strong rumours that Duncan has signed a pre-contract with us but it's still only rumours. Would be great signings if true I think. Duncan especially impressed me when you won the 1st Division last season.

  22. He was at Fulham last season. Liverpool released him as he had a chocolate ankle that he was having trouble with for most of his two years at Liverpool. Gary was on trial back at County a couple months ago and I don't really know why we never signed him as I know he has great ability.
