The general consesus seems to be this is a good move for County?

Leitch isn't exactly a household name and is unproven as a manager/coach - remember how well Lambert did at Livi!

Leitch has apparently got most of his coaching qualifications so while he is new to actual management I don't think he is too inexperienced. It will of course be a whole new ball game but no mre so than what Robbo or Brewster had to do. He is inheriting a team that until recently was still challenging for the SFL 1 title.
