i got a new cctv dvr with 4 cameras on it but never got a hard drive for it,can i use any kind off usb flash cards to transfer 6 hours off h,264 video on to it

got 3 rolls off 80meter cable and a roll off 50m all bnc cable

got it for my chrismas
