ICT Theme for PS3/Xbox360

HI!

 

I wonder if the MODS could advise on this for me. I midway through creating a 'Theme' for my PS3 which is essentially a wallpaper background for my console.

 

I wanted to maybe share this for free for other PS3 or Xbox users ( if it can be done) but i didn't want to get into trouble with the club over copyright issues as i am using the eagle crest as part of the design.

 

Any advice is welcome and thanks

The only two issues I have ever known the club to have with anyone using the badge is when it has been for commercial gain or someone was passing off it's use/pretending to act in an official capacity.

 

The safest thing to do would be to ask them in advance, sure they won't have an issue with it.

The club are usually pretty good about this kind of thing. You are a bonafide fan, you are not seeking to make a profit, and it would be used by other ICT fans ..... Drop them a line and ask officially, maybe give them an idea of how it would be used, what sort of size it would be compared to the entire design, and who the target audience is (ie. other ICT fans) ... that would be the best idea I think.
