Brilliant vocals from the North Stand. A sustained, melodic, choral symphony!!

Probably the best we've ever had at Caley Stadium. Well done to all involved - please keep it up!!

I have to say...that was a pretty good show by the vocal element in the support last night. Their efforts were cleary evident throught the game. Well done all those involved for  creating an atmosphere. Shame the players didnt match the effort last night

The problem we have is I believe people from Inverness have slight inhibition problems.  For example the Semi Final at Easter Road; i noticed that when people behind us were starting a chant, there were people in front of me turning round and trying to see who it was etc etc! Its as if they were saying" What are they doing"?

Im sure we have all been to a gig in Inverness where people stand way back from the stage! Its the same thing!

Keep it up Section E

If we'd actually played as well as Section E sang, hopefully the whole home end might have joined in....

My wishes to the end of the season would be:

1 that we hammer the Dingers at their mudpatch and get a whole stand singing :cheer01:

2 I need my passport soon

I know that at wenbley the glass panels of the boxes etc that go all round the stadium are angled differently so that sound will bounce off each one in a different direction and make the whole stadium louder as a whole. So it is possible to make a stadium louder by design.

Aaaaaaahhhhahahahaha oh my I need to lie down after reading that.

Serves United right tho. They were more concerned about getting more hospitality, tourists and 'one day' fans in that the traditional loyal working class fans who made noise were priced out. A lot of those fans now follow FC United of Manchester who can create an amazing attmosphere!

Of course, the TCS has hardly been designed to intimidate the opposition with the wrap around wall of sound.  One thing I have noticed is that the prevailing generally westerly winds usually take any noise that is generated away from the pitch.  With the current unseasonably cold weather, the winds have been coming in from the NE and this has helped the sound penetrate more into the stadium and has helped with the atmosphere.

Whilst it may seem sacrilege to some, the club should maybe give serious consideration to making the South Stand the home end so that the wind will normally carry the home fans' noise to the players rather than the other way round.
