Hypothetical Question, SPFL XI v Celtic?

Could an All star SPFL XI beat the current Celtic team?  This years Celtic team seems very poor compared to teams in the past and yet they have had a great season.  They are unbeaten all year and have had a fair few clean sheets on the way.  But if there was a team that could compete with all the best players for the best of the rest would they match Celtic?  If it was a one off i do think Celtic would struggle.

Are we talking a Celtic with their expensive imports of Nir Biton, Almido Balde and Teemu Pukki?  I'd fancy Queen of the South would give them a run for their money!

It was close between djemba-djemba and Alfie moon from queen Vic fc (who's apparently county's next big signing) but i didn't want to get my ear nibble off by cat, so there was only one choice.
