So sorry for the extended delay in producing the table update folks. I was without the 'net since Saturday evening (17th Jan) until today (23rd). There was a car smash down the road from Gringo towers which took out the broadband box. Some 800 cables were obliterated and about 300 users and several small businesses were cut off.

Dear NAPS punters,

Sorry to advise you all that the update for this week is delayed due to a serious external hard-drive fault.

 

The Spreadsheets that contain all the NAPS Competition (and NPL) files are held on this drive which is refusing to work. Hopefully its a case of getting new lead but I don't think it is. The Drive is fairly new and doesn't get disconnected/reconnected very often. I fear the worst. Its not just the NPL and NAPS stuff...it all my stuff...pictures..the lot. Techno Gringo will be on the case sometime during the week.

 

When I get a few hours I will update the NAPS 'manually' so there are bound to be millions of errors.

 

Meanwhile...I'll seek out a cat to kick

Congratulations to CaleyCanary in winning this seasons NAPS Competition. It was a close run thing at times. I'm just wandering if CC got worried when Peterhead took the lead? They then had a player sent off and it was pretty much game over after that.

 

Thanks to all you dedicated punters for giving this Competition a go. I've enjoyed running it again (until I lost my spreadsheet) and the comp' will be back again next season.

Cheers Gringo, thoroughly enjoyed it yet again so thanks very much for running the comp - and yes I thought TBB was going to nick it at the end when Airdrie went behind at home against the Pars 

 

Just got to hang on to grab the SPL prediction league title - gotta give up on the NPL now, Andrew and TTB are too far in front so my treble dreams are sunk - always wondered what it would be like to be a Celtic fan, now I know 

 

I couldn't handle anymore dramas after the way the Championship ended down here in Englandshire - now setup for a double header agains the Tractor Boys from Suffolk and a possible trip to Wembley just before heading up to Hampden - cracking end to the season!!!
