Fitness clearly a problem again today amongst many other things.

Created very little in the first half but absolutely nothing in the second and just like last week the opposition finished so much stronger.

Poppadom, chicken tikka balti  pilau rice and a keema Nan.  Seems healthy to me though my lager might have tipped me over the edge
