calum elliot... mmm, could be a good signing if this is true, he did quite well when at motherwell on loan, the only concern would be wages what is  he on at the moment, are wages a reason well didn't keep him permantaly.

He left Well because he didn't want to travel to Motherwell from Edinburgh for training, or something equally ridiculous.

and we would like him to travel from there to up here  :rotflmao:

No, Billy left Well cos he was on a six month loan and returned to Hearts in January 07 where he stayed for 18 months. he cant be all bad, he put two passed Ike in March this year.

He is rubbish and yes he left Motherwell early from his loan deal. He didn't like the commute so Malaps, unimpressed with his conduct and attitude, terminated his loan deal.

His first goal past Ike was his first in 2 years or something similar.  I'm sure RiG had the actual stats on that at the time.  If we sign him I will be disgusted with Brewster.  (More so than I already am!)

If the Courier do poach these stories we need to convince them it was Charlie Bannerman Brew was after not Andrew Barrowman just a slip of the Dundonian accent. After all, Charlie would still be very fast going into opposing boxes and tends to strike against the odds.

Charlie is still probably better than Elliot unless Brew can do a Cloughie on him to turn him into a silk purse.

What an amateur Graeme Bennett really is. Blabbing his mouth off about transfer targets again. Only a few days ago he was speaking to the Inverness Courier stating:

"It would obviously be foolish of us to confirm who are other targets are, so we have to try and keep things quiet, but we are speaking to clubs every day about players, so it's not true at all to say we have no one else lined up."

Then he speaks to the Press & Journal coming out and naming the exact targets he previously said we should be keeping quiet about:

"Calum is one of several players we are looking at. He is a young player with potential and it might be a good thing for him to join Caley Thistle and get away from the pressure of playing for Hearts."

I feel sorry for the guy, he has'nt even signed for us and he's getting pelters already. For the money we can afford to spend who the feck do you think we are going to sign. This club has an astounding record of signing players with potential and getting the best out of them, I think CE could be an example of this and given the chance could be a great player for ICT.

Don't listen to them Calum, come and join the best club in Scotland. ( and good luck to you if you don't ).
