Why on earth chose a colour that appears pretty close to the one that is so synonymous with Hearts?

I think it would have made a huge difference if they had done the full chest Saltire in a contrasting colour.

Wrong thing to do in my opinion.  The players looked as though they hadn't a clue who their team mates were.  Bad idea to disrupt the continuity and made us look like an underage pub team.
