    Falkirk V ICT - Preview

      Teaser Paragraph:
falkirk_50With both sides safe from SPL relegation you could be forgiven for thinking this fixture might turn out to be a boring game but with Falkirk sitting seventh and Caley Thistle ninth and only a point between them both managers will be desparate for the win so they can be 'best of the rest'. With a reputed 80K prize money difference between each place in the league, there is also a fairly good financial incentive. Andrew Fraser previews this match.

PLAYERS TO WATCH Graham Bayne (Inverness CT): The ex-Ross County forward has played very well this season, even though he hasn’t reached double figures in the goal tally. His work rate this season has been top notch and has scored some important goals, including a winner at Ibrox in October and 2 against Celtic at home in 2007. He scored a great header against Dundee Utd last weekend and he is aiming to end the season on a high. Currently has 8 goals this season, 4 of top scorer Craig Dargo. Kasper Schmeichel (Falkirk): The Man City goalkeeper has enjoyed his 6 month loan spell at the Falkirk Stadium. The son of the famous Peter Schmeichel has enjoyed some good form during his short spell at the club and is very keen to extend his loan deal into next season. A great capture for John Hughes if he can keep him for next season as well.
