  1. Incidentally - until the migration is complete and we are reasonably sure that normal service is resumed we would recommend that you perform a CTRL-A/CTRL-C or equivalent to select all and copy on your content before posting ... that way idf the site does burp, fart and fall over as you post you can simply paste that response into another window.

  2. We had scheduled some maintenance for last night that was supposed to take maybe a couple of hours overall with an expected downtime of maybe 30 minutes or so during the process. Fast forward 17 hours and as you will have figured out things didn't quite go according to plan ! We are still experiencing issues as our host had to put us on a temporary server while they reconfigure our main server. This was the agreed maintenance and the temporary migration was supposed to take the 2 hours with the downtime happening while they tweaked our settings. They havent quite figured out why we are still having an issue but are working on it. normal service will (hopefully) be resumed ASAP.

  3. If true, I wish him all the best. Even in his loan spell I was impressed by him. Yes, he had a slightly rocky spell earlier in the season and has been on the bench recently, presumably due to the transfer speculation, but he has been a consistent player for us. If we are offered decent cash to release him now, I’d be inclined to take it given we have McHattie as cover.

  5. A devastating affliction that came close to ruining the life of an ICT legend. Well done to Brian Rice for self reporting and, whilst the football authorities will obviously have to take appropriate disiplinary measures, I hope he also receives the support, treatment and understanding he requires. Like any addition, there is the potential to ruin lives and, whilst there is always scope for responsible gambling, I'm sure that a lot of us enjoy the odd flutter, football needs to cure itself of the toxic relationship it often has with the gambling industry.

  7. I've heard that the Jai Quitongo deal is off (if it was even on in the first place) and instead we are looking at taking Jake Mulraney and Jack Hendry in on loan ???. Jack would be a replacement option for Jamie McCart if he signed for a club in January and Jake Mulraney just wants to play more first team matches and feels he could offer us something different to what we have already. That's a dream I had last night lol.

  9. I was just going to say that (the bit I've put in bold) but was going to say it'll have to be an imminent offer because, if it's not done by end of this week, then we will reject because I recall the gaffer saying that offers will have to be made before the last week to 10 days of the month so we can get replacements in. I'm wondering if we could possibly get someone in exchange but I can't think of any, unless Tommy offers us young Chris Kane or possibly Michael O'Halloran. What do you peeps reckon?

  10. Reported in The Sun (and possibly others) that he has signed a PCA with St J. Their defence has been pretty poor this season, so an offer this month would seem very likely. Amongst the gloom, had a wee laugh at the Sun article’s headline referring to the “Ex-Celtic ace”. One appearance!

    • Dundee United 1-1 Inverness CT - Report
Hopes amongst the Caley Jags support were at rock bottom ahead of this one with the threat of relegation looming large. With all hands to the pumps, Shaw, Boyes and Ujdur were brought back into the squad whilst not really 100% fit. Shaw started as did Pepple and Boyes with Billy Mckay, Lawal and Danny Devine dropping to the bench. Cammy Harper was given the Captain's armband today. It's a daunting task going to the lions den to face title favourites but underdog is our preferred tag. Anyway, 252 of them turned up at Tannadice in eternal hope and Duffy heightened the intensity only for Louis Moult to level things up. That's how it ended, a result we would have bitten your hand off before kick off.

    • Inverness CT 1-2 Ayr United - Report
Having sat through one of the worst games for many a year there is little to hope for now apart from Arbroath to keep losing because we certainly appear to find it difficult to win. We have no game changers in our squad and our manager is playing the wrong type of anti-football to help our cause. Big Dunc thought we were the better team. Pleeeeeaaase, give me a break! We were second to everything and Ayr were always one step ahead of us after the first three minutes. SHOCKER springs to mind.

    • Inverness CT 0-0 Airdrieonians - Report
These two sides looked as though they could play for the whole of March without scoring. In terms of opportunities, the hosts probably shaded it, but when we did miss the first defender, crosses invariably went behind the incoming strikers. On the one occasion we got on the end of the ball Billy Mckay's flicked header was cleared away from goal by Kanayo Megwa.
Not the worst 0-0 draw ever, but scoring opportunities were at a premium. Neither keeper was overly troubled and this game had scoreless written all over it given the evidence of the first twenty minutes.

    • Inverness CT -V- Airdrieonians - Preview
Promoted Airdrie are sitting in fifth place in the table, just below the play-off places with former Caley Jag Nikolay Todorov getting amongst the goals and he will provide a big test for our central defence. We have found Airdrie a difficult proposition at times this season but we did win the last home encounter against them.

    • Morton 0-2 Inverness CT - Report
What a start for Inverness and Billy Mckay, who answered his abusers from last week by opening the scoring in the second minute, firing into the top corner after an assist from Cammy Harper. Robbie Muirhead looked to respond but Mark Ridgers was equal to his effort in the fifth minute. Ten minutes before the interval Sean McAllister curled in a low free kick from the edge of the box to double our advantage and open his scoring account at Inverness. Plenty of bookings but no further scoring saw Inverness pick up a vital three points in the relegation battle although we still remain in ninth spot but only two points from Dunfermline in fifth.
