  1. Fair dos all round. Prompt action/decent solution/great communication. Good luck all. Anyone grumbling about this needs to have a look at themselves in my opinion.

  2. We did well agianst a strong side...first 25minutes most impressive I was impressed with Duffy, and the entire back line, good to see Danny D get BBC's MOTM. Carson looked pretty busy, and Sorey had a good game We did miss someone like Kennedy or a properly fit Doran though.

  3. Some just seem to like to grumble no matter what the club does or doesn't do. There has been legitimate cause for criticism, particularly with regard to communication which seems to be a perennial issue, but this was a welcome, swift and pragmatic decision which quickly solves a problem for which the decision makers at the club should be given due credit

  4. Neil McCann is taking a massive personal gamble and fair play to him for stepping in. Cannot be easy coming into manage a small established squad, some of whom he probably doesnt even rate. If it goes horribly wrong, his managerial reputation could take a right pasting. Not that this is going to happen, pretty confident top four is achievable with the group of players he has to work with.

  7. A 2nd place finish is still achievable, not just the playoffs. All the games yesterday were kind to us. The team have to make those games in hand count though.

  8. After the Hearts game and the way the team played which was good it is a must win game for us which I think we will do and get the 3 points!

  9. Another positive to take from this game; Hearts played all their big beasts. Threw the kitchen sink at us but the team stood strong...

  11. Quite enjoyed that. Balance of play I suppose Hearts might have won it on points but hey, it was a good end to a week of turmoil. I hope Robbo and Scott have taken some comfort from this result and performance. ICT are in good hands just now boys. Even though I was watching on the box it was as if I was there. During the day I'd been building up to the game by posting updates on Facebook of my virtual trip up from Coventry 0 on the motorcycle. I left home at 0800 and got to the stadium around 1720. One or two thought I was actually travelling and they pointed out that I shouldn't be travelling from England to Scotland due to it being non essential travel and dear Nicola said it's against the law Anyway. I though we played well and deserved the point. The ref was whistle happy and stopped the flow of the game. Craig Gordon needs to grow a pair after his spat with Carson. And there really should have been an early red for whatshisface of Hearts.

  12. I think it's a tradition amongst some of the ICT support to have a dig at a newly appointed manager at our club. Even the likes of Brewster, Butcher, Yogi, Foran and, yes, even Robbo got the expert fan opinion. I think the only one that didn't get any initial stick was Charlie. McCann is more experienced than the current options within the club so, for me, it's the right decision.

  13. So tragic death in a well respected manager's family, a coach seriously ill, people dying from covid-19 and you think McCann's appointment is the worse thing that has happened. Unbelievable that you could post that, think on. Wow.....Just when you think comments cant get any worse

    • Dundee United 1-1 Inverness CT - Report
Hopes amongst the Caley Jags support were at rock bottom ahead of this one with the threat of relegation looming large. With all hands to the pumps, Shaw, Boyes and Ujdur were brought back into the squad whilst not really 100% fit. Shaw started as did Pepple and Boyes with Billy Mckay, Lawal and Danny Devine dropping to the bench. Cammy Harper was given the Captain's armband today. It's a daunting task going to the lions den to face title favourites but underdog is our preferred tag. Anyway, 252 of them turned up at Tannadice in eternal hope and Duffy heightened the intensity only for Louis Moult to level things up. That's how it ended, a result we would have bitten your hand off before kick off.

    • Inverness CT 1-2 Ayr United - Report
Having sat through one of the worst games for many a year there is little to hope for now apart from Arbroath to keep losing because we certainly appear to find it difficult to win. We have no game changers in our squad and our manager is playing the wrong type of anti-football to help our cause. Big Dunc thought we were the better team. Pleeeeeaaase, give me a break! We were second to everything and Ayr were always one step ahead of us after the first three minutes. SHOCKER springs to mind.

    • Inverness CT 0-0 Airdrieonians - Report
These two sides looked as though they could play for the whole of March without scoring. In terms of opportunities, the hosts probably shaded it, but when we did miss the first defender, crosses invariably went behind the incoming strikers. On the one occasion we got on the end of the ball Billy Mckay's flicked header was cleared away from goal by Kanayo Megwa.
Not the worst 0-0 draw ever, but scoring opportunities were at a premium. Neither keeper was overly troubled and this game had scoreless written all over it given the evidence of the first twenty minutes.

    • Inverness CT -V- Airdrieonians - Preview
Promoted Airdrie are sitting in fifth place in the table, just below the play-off places with former Caley Jag Nikolay Todorov getting amongst the goals and he will provide a big test for our central defence. We have found Airdrie a difficult proposition at times this season but we did win the last home encounter against them.

    • Morton 0-2 Inverness CT - Report
What a start for Inverness and Billy Mckay, who answered his abusers from last week by opening the scoring in the second minute, firing into the top corner after an assist from Cammy Harper. Robbie Muirhead looked to respond but Mark Ridgers was equal to his effort in the fifth minute. Ten minutes before the interval Sean McAllister curled in a low free kick from the edge of the box to double our advantage and open his scoring account at Inverness. Plenty of bookings but no further scoring saw Inverness pick up a vital three points in the relegation battle although we still remain in ninth spot but only two points from Dunfermline in fifth.
