  1. Haven't heard much about Brislen -Hall but it does seem as if he is brislen with talent.
  2. Naw, Zoid, they are from Citrus valley in California.
  3. IBM--- I saw that and thought that but I didn't dare. Ha! Ha!
  4. What's more important? To keep on winning and becoming safe from relegation as soon a spossible --or pleasing Arsenal? It seems to be a no-brainer but, true, life is rarely s simple as that. Whatever--we will just have to leave it in Terry's hands to maybe make a call to London? Of course he may not agree with some of the comments about Roberts and has a hidden agenda. Just have to wait and see what develops.
  5. End of Banter?that's the same thing as "End of Days" is it not.? FFS.
  6. Remember what one of the English Kings said when a recalcitrant priest continued to give him trouble. erg: Thomas A Becket was it not? "Who will rid me of this troublesome priest?" This reminds me of our continuing to witness the Rangers's sly moves to get their foot in the door again as soon as possible.(whatever they call themselves a rose by any other name smells the same). Never a day seems to pas but there is either a whine from them or they feature in some other controversial plan.I personallyjust wish that they would just disappear off the face of the Scottish map completely.
  7. Watching Miller playing for the Whitecaps one could not but think..how the mighty hath fallen..He just did not get involved nearly enough in allthe games he played in. ON a salary of over $1,000,000 he had to do something significant to justify his place but, to be honest, I am beginning to wonder if the Whitecaps will hire him again next season..
  8. If this means what it seems to, then we are not too font of you the noo. Eh am Little Lord Font-leroy and eh am so classy.
  9. Yes , seems a harsh judgement to walk out . It's the kind of thing that a fairweather fan might do really. Of course he will retort that he paid his money and can do what he likes. Just let him go. What does concern me is the low attendance at today's home match. Our players are ball players from what I can judge, work very hard and the pace is fast, we are third in the league and could go on "not losing" for many more games so what on earth can a fan have to moan about? The only thing that I also want to moan about is the font thing. Vision impaired people cannot read what you are writing unless you select a larger, clearer font. Please use Times New Roman (as an example) since that fits the bill neatly and is the accepted font for writing books - which must mean something to you does it? Anyway thank you in advance for your co-operation.
  10. Ach! In Canada they would call you a redneck Bughtmaster. That's fighting talk in them thar hills.
  11. Make no mistake about it Inverness Caledonian Thistle are now firmly on the map--and the football radar.
  12. Very positive , forward- looking decisions. Congratulations ICT Management.
  13. Sounds as if he may be a little ways away from that at the moment. I read all his blogs and I think his recovery has been a real test and a challenge.
  14. Well Laurence. Tell you what..why don't you concentrate on selling Mrs Scarlet's new novel in your bookstore and show these guys hiow constructive and positive an action man you are. By the way why did you not answer the message I sent you about this? Courtesy costs nothing old chap. Not a dime.
  15. Scottish manager is a must, otherwise how about hiring a poodle?
  16. His red card was perhap sa bit iffy anyway.
  17. That's why one must keep a calm seough. Never get upset, never cheer, never clap yer hands, or lose yer temper. Be even in yer emotions and never show them and never ever express an opinion, especially a controversial one... Reap the benefits--you never have a heart attack, never experience any joy or sadness and stop being alive, Not my cup of tea, chums, so I am going to continue being a red- hearted Pimple with red face and lovely red lips, rolling my "r's" and rending my red cloak , mumbling and bumbling and stumbling and tumbling and sometimes fumbling with my round belly rumbling. Hoping that someone nice will tell me that in their life I'm the spice and never put lice in my rice...well.... at least, not twice.
  18. Am I missing something ---but no highlights on U Tube yet? I've seen the goals elsewhere but I can never have enough reviews. Some season we are having, eh? Now we have two Spaniards on our books ....Antonio and Raul.-- Wait till Raul has babies then the website will be packed with bilingual Caley Supporters..Ha! Ha!
  19. Oh, it will surely be on the T.V. Totall Visible, like.
  20. Well-spoken lad. He's only 18 and we should give him a chance to develop and mature. At 18 the Pimple was a shrinking violet, shy, introspecive and afraid to speak his mind. I blame Sheena who tried to seduce me at age 12. We nearly made it but it was the fumbling that undid us. She said that we fumbled the ball too much and ran out of steam. Had she succeeded, Scarlet would have been a more mentally and emotionally, robust ,outgoing, self-confident 18 year old about to take on the world and brimming with self-confidence. As it wa, he tried to make up for it by going ape as he developed into a handsome, debonair daredevil passng 50. Everybody was telling him that he was a late bloomer to which he would never agree since the memories of an earlier bloomer sucked the confidence right out of him again. Has anybody got any comments that can help Old Scarlet make further progress? Oh, as I said, go easy on the boy .18 is only 6 years on from age 12 .
  21. All I care about really at this stage is that ICT go all out from the start, minnows or no minnows and secure their place in the next round quickly. i.e Takling no chances and just treating all teams with respect and not taking them for granted.
  22. So you don't think he will be transferred back to England because that might Blight-y his future success with ICT? Oh, that's good to hear, because the Pimple family thinks that's why Terry will stay in Inverness despite tempting other offers that will soon come his way due to the brilliant success of Inverness Caledonian Thistle--the ***** of the North.
  23. - not having a bad coughing session.
  24. Very dangerous to compare a newbie County, fresh from a tail wagging session at the beginning of the season, having just been promoted, to the extra special displays currently being provided by a now very solid ICT team under Mr Terence Biutcher. And who are
  25. Maybe send it to Barry Robson--the Vancouver Whitecaps just lost a very mediocre game to Los Angeles with David Beckham , in the play offs for the Major league Soccer crown. It might cheer him up. The team has really fallen off these latter latter days. I have seen more back-passing and more "get the ball and hesitate for a minute before passing back-" than at any time in the last few years in a Whitecaps team that seems to have lost the spirit and the way forward at speed. And Kenny Miller seems to be way past his due date--becoming anonymous, to be frank, despite his very large contract. Playing him up as a left side forward but starving him of service has proved to NOT to be a formula for success. Because , in general, he doesn't appear to be interested enough, or have the energy, to go looking for the ball. He just doesn't comprehend that for a contract that is over $1,000,000 he was taken in to be energetic, bustling, and to make a difference and he is none of the above. Oh dear! And Barry's play is none too spectacular either, although his distriburtion is very good so he is contributing .
