The ICT Supporters Society Ltd (aka Caley Jags Together) hold a 10% non-dilutable voting right + 10,000 shares. As you're up to speed on the business (ICT), then you will already appreciate the rights that affords them. Perhaps the best thing would be for the people you've been speaking with to touch base with the Supporters Society with a view to building on that and the existing relationship that exists between them and the club.

U20s
How is that scenario any different to games being played in the afternoon midweek? You could play the game at 10am and they'd still need to take a whole day off. The point about floodlights is spot on. That's fairy snuff actually...lol. I did have an argument about only disrupting one day instead of two...but it was BS...you got me fair and square!

U20s
I believe, although I've not seen anything "official", that the mandate from the SPFL is that all games must now be played in the evening. If true then it's a ridiculous decision on so many fronts.... It's perfectly feasible...likely for most clubs...that some of the players in these teams will still be of school/college age. Meaning that for an away fixture to central belt (or one of them coming up here) they won't be home until around midnight.....that's if they can secure the time off from classes to allow them to travel in the first place. And the wonder why clubs struggle to bring through young players? It also means that, as we have a winter league, then clubs will be forced into the extra expense of running floodlights for these matches. Other clubs charge an entry fee to help offset these costs and it would be understandable if ICT found themselves having to (reluctantly) do the same.

Tulloch Stadium Suitability
As was clarified by the Chairman, and has been mentioned before, if Caley Thistle were (by some miracle) drawn against Barcelona in a Europa/Champions League (qualifying/group) match, then TCS already has the necessary license (under current regulations) required to host the home leg of such a tie. All other matters in regards to suitability are nothing more than opinion.

6pm Kick-Off and the game is at TCS As far as I'm aware there's no cost for entry (never has been at TCS in the past).

Season Ticket Sales
I've spoken to a few people who are not renewing season tickets purely on the basis that with so many changes for TV they don't know if they'll get value from them. They'll still attend as many games as they can and there's every chance the club will get the same amount of money from them (perhaps even a bit more). In saying that, I've spoken to far more who have renewed and some who are getting season tickets for the first time...or returning to get a season ticket after not having one for a season or more. As has been pointed out several times, our attendances as a % of catchment area is actually pretty high...which does leave you wondering what the realistic target should be in the current economy? Another problem is that while it's great to discuss things on forums etc. those conversations are had among people who, for the most part, are doing all they can to support to the club/team. These are not the people that need convincing and the challenge is to get talking to and convincing those who are not yet a part of things. I'm also of the opinion that once a person reaches the age of about 16, if you've not "captured" them as a fan, then it becomes uneconomical to try and convert them. On that basis I think the club are doing the right thing by making it more affordable for the next generation...or for parents to bring along the next generation. The free season tickets for U12's scheme, getting out into the schools, making free tickets available to them and other youth groups...is the way to go. It's not going to put any significant additional money in the pot in the near future, but (again, IMO) it is a better investment than discounting etc for older fans. I'd like the U12's scheme to be extended up to the age of U16 as I feel there's a risk of losing future (paying) fans as 12 to 16 is a very influential age and is probably key to breaking any peer pressure that might exist with going off to "support" one of the big teams who's grounds they may never visit in their life. Get them in the habit of going to games right through to the age of 16 when they might then start earning....have an affordable 16-18 ticket category and then start leading in to adult prices from there up (making allowance for students etc). I say that in full appreciation of the fact that the club appear to have now found a healthy balance with how the club operates financially and that every layer of charging they strip out is essentially money out of their pocket and has to be carefully considered. With any luck what they are doing now will prove the concept and we pick up a few extra paying adults bringing along kids (for free) and that allows for the idea to be extended. What does anger and frustrate me is "fans" who try to scam the club by cheating on these schemes. Again, this is something the club has been working on improving over the last 2 or 3 seasons and those who were taking the p*ss (e,g, adults, sometimes groups of adults, with phantom kids buying seats in the family area) are, and continue to be, weeded out. One thing is for certain....there's no quick fix. There's also only so much that is directly in the clubs control and the SFA/SPFL need to start adopting policies which are designed to help clubs increase crowds, whilst removing policies which hinder. They also need more by the way of national campaigns and initiatives, using the power of the many instead of just leaving each club to it's own devices with everyone doing something different and no overall master plan.

Season Ticket Sales
You can have all the good ideas in the world, but if you don't have the resource to action them then they are worthless. On that basis, it would also be good if some of these people were willing to offer a bit of practical hands on assistance as well.

Our only TV game
Doesn't impact on TV revenue at all. Money from the tv contracts for the league goes into the main pot which is then divied up based on league position. The only additional TV revenue to be had is from cup games. My ideal scenario would be no live domestic football...i.e. no live Scottish League/Cup games shown in Scotland. I think that would offer a decent compromise between encouraging people to get off their butts and along to matches and generating a bit of TV income as well.

super caley flag
The whole not marked "fire retardant" argument is quite laughable. Where's the risk of ignition coming from in this day and age when smoking is banned from stadia? How many people own clothing, hats & scarves that are worn to football that are marked "fire retardant"? The next time anyone is challenged on taking a flag into a ground on the basis of it not being marked "fire retardant", start stripping off yer clothes and showing them the labels.....see how far you get before the point sinks in!

What Do We Do With Foran?
Taking nothing away from Richie and unlike a few others I had far from written him off in pre-season....but, I don't think it's true to say that we can't do without him (on the park at least). We coped pretty admirably without him in the Charlton match. Not sure there's any player you could put in the "can't do without" box at the moment because we have very capable cover for every position on the pitch. Not only that, but we have a depth of squad that allows us to be far more adaptable than perhaps any other season in the SPL that I can recall. In fact, you could leave out every player that started against St Mirren and we could still field a strong team, IMO. FWIW, I'd have his name as one of the first on the team sheet every week....and despite putting his body through the ringer at the end of last season, he came back looking leaner, sharper and fitter than ever.

Half Time Draw
I think a new amp might have gone in since then and a lot of time was spent repositioning speakers and the like as well. The last prices that were got came in at around £30k...and that included "favours" in regards to installation. You can get cheaper systems...but there's no point in replacing with same/inferior when the aim is to improve the quality.

Where do the ICT support originate from?
1 Where were you born? Raigmore 2.Where did you spend your childhood? Dalneigh 3 When did you start following football in Inverness? Dunno, I wasn't a huge football fan as a young kid, but I have plenty of memories of jumping the wall at Telford St and it just kinda went on from there as the "habit" of going to football on a Saturday stuck with me. 4 What is you current location? Season Ticket Sales
I find it hilarious the number of people who buy in to the Ross County PR/Hype, even though the wheels have been falling off that wagon for a longggg time. Not for one second do I want ICT to operate the way they do in any aspect. They talk the talk and spin a few good yarns, but the financials do not stack up....that's why the last sets of accounts showed that they had debts of £4.8 Million...and that'snot including the cost of the most recent infrastructure upgrades and re-laying the pitch (twice). If someone from Ross County told me the sky was blue I wouldn't believe them and would have to go out and double check.

Half Time Draw
As the person on the mic (although I've now retired my position) I share your frustration, as do the club. I will take a wee bit of the blame as I tend to get a bit carried away and I know the system struggles to cope with my screaming into the mic...lol. We will be spending some time with the new stadium announcer ahead of the next home game tweaking it to better fit his voice, but in reality the whole system needs replaced and it won't be perfect...just the best we can make it. I'm sure if anyone has a spare couple of hundred thousand then the club would be happy to relieve them of it. The tannoy wouldn't cost that to replace, but it's not top of the list of priorities and a few other things need money spent on them first.

19350 & 18212 Was a third number for a smaller prize of £15 but don't have the winning number for that as it was relayed to me verbally in the announcers box.

Charlton Smileymometer (without smileys !)
Doran has been at his best in pre-season when playing from the middle and then cutting out to the edges of the area...inevitably dragging defenders with him...and then delivering some deadly balls across goal for others to knock home. Not sure we should be expecting him to contribute 10 or 12 goals...although it wouldn't surprise me if he did...but I'll wager that he will tee-up the majority of what others score. Those who didn't see the earlier pre-season games also haven't had the pleasure of seeing Marley Watkins. Of all the new signings, I think he is the most likely to be a contender for one of the wide spots.

Dunno...Bournemouth aren't that big a draw.

Wick Academy 24 July
Yeah. Terry has tended to step out of the dugout, leaving it to Mo & Dunc to manage the games where we've had a primarily U20's squad out on the park. The only exception to that was Arbroath as he was out of the country (he's back now).

U20s
The U20's league is based on the setup each club has at that level. All SPFLSP teams are required to meet the level necessary to compete in the SPFLSPU20's and it's optional for all other teams across the leagues. Rangers missed a year, but are back to having a setup which allows them to enter.

Premier League (the real one) also has a lion as it's logo. All we need now is for the Highland and Lowland leagues to be renamed the North Conference and South Conference.

Confidence Levels for 2013/14 Season?
There you go Luke. The league table is just a collection of stats, do you think that's drivel aswell? Here's the stats you're ignoring, I just assumed these would be obvious. Celtic won 21 games when taking the lead and lost 4 when going behind. We won 12 taking a lead and lost 8 games we were behind in. Why don't you guys think its a problem we can't hold onto a lead? Do you like draws? To have taken the lead as often as we did was a vast improvement on previous seasons, so we didn't hold it a few times...hey ho, we're not Bayern or Real Madrid!!!
