For as long as we've been in the top league fans on here have been screaming at managers to stop talking us down with talk of survival being the number one priority etc. Even when Butcher and his successor would talk about being focused on catching the team in front each week people would ask for more optimism and ambition. Now we've got a manager who hasn't/isn't saying those things you'd think people would be pleased......but alas, it's not to be. The point is not about what should or shouldn't be said, it's that some people seem intent on criticising; regardless of what is said. Just for the sake of clarity, I'm not being critical of the support the manager/team get at matches. Those who turn up, home and away, have been great, IMO.

.....and if he was talking down the teams potential he would be getting battered for lacking drive and ambition.

It's a demonstration of what's possible when you think a bit outside the norm when working with advertisers and sponsors. Dicksons are sponsoring what's already in place with interviews, but further support and buy-in will be needed as we (fingers crossed) roll out further services to ensure they remain sustainable. Two new volunteers have joined the media team in recent weeks and are quickly finding their feet....freeing up others to develop new services. It's not all going to happen overnight and things will be grown at a sensible and manageable pace for the long term.

I should also hopefully have some good news (especially for overseas fans) in regards to expansion of CaleyJagsTV in the very, very near future. Having been let down on the tech front so many times over the last 12(?) years of trying to get things up and running, I don't want to get ahead of myself until it's in place!!

No attempt to cover it up. I removed the incorrect tweets to try and ensure nobody else got confusing information as a result of my error. To my knowledge only one person had to be contacted....obviously you....so not a widespread issue.

U20's go out on what's called a "Development Loan" and this allows them to still play these games for their home club. The Brown referred to is Chris and not Jason....as he's no longer in the U20's then he's out on standard loan terms and can't play in development matches.

Standing/staying still while talking is quite an unnatural thing, so it's not at all uncommon for people who aren't used to speaking on camera to sway/move around. We've had instances that were so bad that we've had to restart the interview with a wider shot because they've gone off camera

Audio quality not the best.....but far from our worst.....sorry. Really must stop doing interview in the wind tunnel!! Richie had to head off immediately at full time to attend a family event. Press/Media were notified of this on Thursday....so no conspiracy theories required.

Don't think it was faint today. Crowd was tremendous in it's backing of the team when they could so easily, and understandably, have gone the other way. Stepped up to the plate and showed just as much determination to fight as the players on the park did this afternoon.
