  1. Charles, the club did not issue any press release on this. Kenny only provided a comment. What the club published can be found at http://ictfc.com/news/club-news/1846-tulloch-homes-to-gift-stands-to-club The Stadium is, for all intents and purposes, the bricks and mortar......i.e. 3 stands (yes, I know that 2 of them have no bricks and mortar). As the land is held under leasehold, it has been seperate to the buildings thereon since day 1. The £6 Million figure appears to be an arbitrary headline figure generated by the paper for effect and not one provided by the Club or Tulloch. Unfortunately this has caused a great deal of confusion...with one BBC seeming to think we had just had £6 Million of debt wiped out when speaking to me in Perth on Saturday. When I explained the situation, he as good as told me he'd just have to ignore the full facts as he "couldn't put it into a single sentence". Whilst there's no doubt that the club have partaken in a fair bit of "smoke and mirrors" in the past, they are amateurs at it when compared to the press/media when it comes to hyping up a story. Despite the constant claims from the press that they serve the fans and are important in making sure fans are kept informed.....producing Sales/Views/Listening figures have long been a bigger priority than truth, clarity and understanding......what chance do fans have when that's the case?
  2. Rules for goalkeepers is different.
  3. The club don't/won't "own" the original leasehold as that is/was a separate contract....transferring a lease is not a simple or straight forward affair as it needs agreeing by the landowner etc. What the club do have is a rock solid sub-lease....so we've got no worries about being turfed off the land or being priced out of existence on rent for that. As sad as this may seem, it was actually a little emotional for me to have got the news on this. I fought hard for assurances that the clubs position was protected after the new stands were built and things were being shuffled around. That dragged on for a few years and, as some may remember, I actually got "sacked" as a volunteer at the club over it. When Kenny Cameron made a return to the club he arranged for me to meet David Sutherland who made me promises in regards to the club being looked after. Because I wouldn't (couldn't) share information I was given at the time I was accused of all sorts by fellow fans and had to just take it on the chin. That was about 6 or 7 years ago. Today saw that promise delivered and, for me, a little vindication.
  4. Club don't have any....and Curtis Sport are also out of stock.
  5. My understanding is that the seating structure (separate from the stand) came with a 10 year warranty.....which is a lot different than a 10 year lifespan.
  6. Confirmed today that Tremarco has signed an extension.....two years, with player holding the option on the second year.
  7. The option wasn't on the list....but I think we have the worst defensive record because we've conceded more goals than anyone else!
  8. Since the other thread talking about tomorrow's game was so busy, I thought I'd start another.....
  9. You'd be amazed (or possibly not) at the number of "journalists" who write about games and incidents in games they don't attend. I regularly sen newspapers and journalists doing "live updates" from our games when they're not even in attendance.
  10. Timed to give a minimum of 9 home games...so allowing for possibility of being one home game down. If it goes the other way....then BONUS!! Either way, pretty decent value for money.
  11. I don't normally respond when the OP is so clearly on the wind up.....but here's a couple of links that immediately dispel the nonsense being talked.... http://ictfc.com/community/community-news2/1809-ictfc-reach-their-heart-healthy-goal http://ictfc.com/community/community-news2/1814-community-cup-visits Also...over 4000 kids took advantage of free tickets last season. This was in addition to those taking up the free U12 ticket offer. As ICTFC have now extended the Free U12 Ticket offer to match tickets as well as season tickets then, if your kid is of that age, you can get a free ticket for them any time you like.
  12. Good point......it's effective from (and including) the Motherwell game on 28th Dec. Will add that to the website!
  13. Even more impressive when you factor in that they have totally ignored the clubs highest selling ticket category (16-25).
  14. Actually, the challenge itself wasn't that bad when you see it back. Polworth just very unfortunate that his foot gets caught under Griffiths' leg which meant it was rotated outwards and back at the same time. Also, when I saw him yesterday he didn't have a cast on...just an ankle brace.
  15. I'll just stick these here, get the chat going.....
  16. Just a quick post to say that this is still very much on the cards. Hope to be in a position to give a major update this side of xmas. We'll also be looking to recruit more fan volunteers to assist with delivery of things like match updates, commentary and some other projects.....and not just the first team.
  17. Daniel Hoban was brought onto the bench as Sub Keeper.
  18. CaleyD posted a topic in Caley Thistle
........we play Hearts tomorrow. Richie's thoughts ahead of the game.....
