Crowds are dropping for several reasons - financial, poor product and the SPL being so uncompetitive the only hope we have of success anywhere is the cups. All this provides less income and cut backs. The whole of Scottish Football is a mess and in the last few years as a fan the most exciting thing to happen was promotion from D1 - perhaps we need to become a yo-yo club just so we can get that excitement back every few years as right now its all becoming dull and predictable.

We will just have to hope that there are some young hungry players out there that can come in and excite the team. I'd perfer to see cut backs and remain financially stable long term unless its theres a decision that somewhere that cheating is allowed without sanctions then we can sign players we cant afford and try for Europe knowing we can start all over again in a few years debt free

Dons are desperate to offload Fyvie down south and get cash this summer instead of waiting til Jan when his contract is up. They would be using that money to offer good salaries and probably see Hayes as an ideal candidate.

Jonny should stay IMO, if he looks around at players like Cowie & Robson they have all left ICT to bigger and better clubs where they win things or play at a high level, if he stays for another year then he could move to a better club than currently on the table. This season he missed a lot of games through injury, a full season and he will be a much more sought after player.

Chris Mcguire has been told he can leave Derby along with Lee Croft, both are proven SPL players who could do a good job for us.

Sandaza is out of contract and Sheridan has returned back to his parent club, so guess they will need a striker. Really hope he signs for us if not that will leave use very thin up front if we cant bring anyone in - I think if there is more than 1 year on offer from St J sadly he will go there.

Really dont care who wins, but hope its a good entertaining game and acts as an advert for Scottish football that can highlight how good the game can be without the OF and their baggage for a change. Oddly whenever its a OF V a.n.other final I never want to see it but this one like County V DUtd, Hearts V Gretna etc I will make an effort to watch.

Legend - No, but a safe, stable pair of hands in charge IMO. Nearly kept us up when we got relegated from wat looked a doomed position, got us back up 1st time of asking with a long unbeaten run, kept us unbeaten on the road for over a calender year and consolidated our SPL status 2 years running. Overall not doing too badly I think.

Think it seems simple from his quotes in the press, he wants to stay and TB wants him to stay, but RT wants garuntees to play every game but at his age its not possible (infact for no player should that be the case) rightly IMO the manager should be looking at options moving to the future but it seems apparent that Rossco has a place and will play games.

Under 23 is it not? And do they not need to have been at the club for X number of years (5?) or been through the youth academy? Regardless Hayes wont qualify to get us any fee - but who said he will actually leave!!!!

SPL - all I expect is survival each season, I consider the size, stature, fanbase, season tickets, revenue of our club which makes it one of the lowest in the league, therefore we have to consider our expectations accordingly - anything achieved in terms of league sucess such as top 6 etc is probably longterm unsustainable for our club and would only be based on seasons of good fortune.

Every season and next year will be no different I expect good cup runs, sadly they have been lacking over the last few years but as County, Kille, D Utd have shown getting to cup finals is achievable for smaller clubs. Thats where we need to improve.

So consolidate in the league and improve showing in the cups with at least QF or better in both comps.

Letting Tuffey go is a risk if we were to get an injury to Esson, he is a good keeper but perhaps to expensive to have as a luxury on the bench. Is there enough quality behind these 2 for adequate cover if required at the club (I dont know so just asking).

Sadly I think the only way we can get Black a contract is if Hayes left and finding additional cash, but he would be a hughly welcome addition - although he will have other offers both in Scotland and England.

Really not that excited about MacKay getting a contract (unless he's cheap) and definately not keen on Gillet.

We need the following key areas as a priority - Centre back & striker, for experienced and proven players it will cost so I'd like to see the cash focused there on quality over quantity with the acceptance that we have to sell or release players to gather transfer or wage funds for any other positions (one out, one in scenario) to balance the books.

Oh and if we can do a deal to get Golobart back for the season too, would be a good move.

The fact we have many young talent on deals still like Sutherland, Shinnies, Ross, Morrison is good news along with Foran, Dorran, Hogg who add some quailty and experience.

Add in a good central defender, a striker who has a proven scoring record - look at the other SPL teams like St Midden with Thompson, Moatherwell - Higdon, St J - Sandaza, if we can find someone to score 15 - 20 a year we will improve.

Gillet & MacKay - had plenty oppertunities this year and failed to deliver. Gillet has made a lot of mistakes in the games I've seen and MacKay giving a goal return of 3 in 22 isnt good enough - players like Barrowman and Rory have been slated on here for similar, so not sure why so many hold MacKay in high regard.

Seems he has been released from Oldham, no doubt a few clubs north of the border will be chasing after him (guessing at Dons, D Utd, Hearts, Hibs, Motherwell maybe others too), could or should we be considering making an offer? I always thought he was a decent player at Aberdeen although a little over-rated, he could perform a job in our ailing defence next season I think.

Yeah during the highlights on MOTD, the commentator made reference to him scoring 3 professional goals - 2 at Shrewsbury (iirc) and 1 for ICT!!! Nice to see us get a mention on national tv

Hopefully this will act as a good incentive for him to continue to develop and hopefully get to the level of being a U21 regular. Has to be seen as a positive this season for ICT, maybe some of the other young lads may get call ups next year too by improving their performances.

Probably not, but how important is it as a factor, object of the season was SPL survival which we have achieved.

Do you think Celtic, Man U, Real Madrid etc or any others will care if they win the title with less points than previous attempts - will it make it tainted or less of an achievement. Doubtful - they had an aim and achieved it.

Where TB was I don't know but I'd be happier if he was at the Hibs V Killie game doing his homework as we still have to play them both than sitting watching a testamonial. (whether he was there or not who knows)

Even if some of the first team or young players made an appearance on Sun - thats why TB has a management team and they can perform duties in absence.
