Ventured across the bridge today (sacrilege I know) but good to see the next game board showing our home game against Cowdenbeath on it.

I assume it will be with no fans, but a visible sign that our team is alive and, hopefully, we get at least some season ticket holders at games before too long.

    We can hope!

We can hope but I still think it's going to be a long time before we can go to games and looking at the news from Aberdeen and County you had to go in and straight to your seats no crack at all  guess we will just have to wait and see what happens but when the team starts playing it's 'come on ICT:ictscarf:

It’s got a Caithnessy feel about it, maybe around Dunnet but I haven’t got access to the wee yellow man for a few days 😰

No it's an island I thought you would know   I didn't take the photo it was sent from a friend.

Can't quite make out the name of the boat, if that's what you are referring to.

Can make out some letters, but they don't make sense to me.  Enhancing with edge detector filters doesn't help.

Only one of its kind that you have seen.   A whaler?

    A concrete boat 😜

Sorry I've been away all weekend. Only just seen it. Don't know it at first glance anyway 😉

It's not a boat you will have sailed on but you might have seen it on your travels and it's the only one of that type I have seen

  5. I have never been to Hoy but was reading about the old oil storage tanks at Lyness last year which are the same as the ones at Inchindown Ross-shire.  I had been looking at Google Maps so I managed to identify the photo.

Here is another of sunset over Hoy taken from the ferry from Shetland to Orkney on a midsummer night.
