  1. Sutherland to come back yet again?????
  2. Some cheap tickets for the south of England based ICT supporters would be nice too!!
  3. Yes, Faldo's balls were never the same when he didn't have Fanny for them!!!!
  4. Its hard to see past Woods of course, but I've just had a ?10 on Adam Scott (?5 with Woods in field, and ?5 without.) I've also had a sentimental ?10 on Sandy Lyle making the cut. Hope I get a run for my money.
  5. Sadly, judging by his recent performances, he'll be lucky to get anyone to take him.
  6. Agreed. And people not using commas in the correct place I'm completely in agreement with all of these. Its as if some of the culprits never went to school. I thought I was just about the only grumpy old man left on the forum who noticed. What about starting a sentence with a conjunction, though!!!
  7. True, Kingsmills, but I applauded the Board for that move too. And I hope Marius is still with us next season. If not, a pile of money as a transfer fee may make the Board's ambition justifiable.
  8. I know he has been injured, but Hibs clearly are prepared to take a chance on him. I would like to think we tried to get him. Does anyone know if we did? I think there is more to be gained in trying for a player of this quality than giving trials to guys like Juanjo, and the ex County guy with the unpronouncable name, who lets face, have been out of SPL level football for too long.
  9. Quite probably lots of Romanians will be
  10. I agreed with pretty well all of your post, dbs, but particulary this sentence. Couldn't have put it better myself. Seems to have gone a bit quiet on the Black/Brewster row all of a sudden from the 'pro Black, insider knowledge' brigade!
  11. Yes, this scenario has been muted for some time now, and it wouldn't surprise me, although I wouldn't personally be for it. I wasn't for Brewster either to come back, but now he's here, I believe he needs more than three quarters of a season to give him a proper chance. Robertson was fine last time round but it was his own choice to seek the greener fields at Hearts. Clearly he wasn't given a fair chance there, but he didn't set the heather alight at any of his other clubs either (Livingston, Dunfermline, Derry City). I don't pretent to understand his Orion connection, but it seems a bit ominous.
  12. I agree with both your statement, and your question.
  13. Sounds as if Denzil had another stinker today. That'll be him County bound now for sure, I would think, assuming even they are still interested.
  14. Its about time you studied spelling and grammar!
  15. Slightly off topic but one international currency throughout the world would simplify business and tourism enormously. This can be seen in mainland Europe already with the Euro.
  16. Exeter City, although I very rarely see them. I think they have the same shirt sponsor as ICT. Why I like them is that their Director of Footall, Steve Perryman, is a friend of mine. They're going quite well in Conference, this season, with a chance of the play-offs.
  17. Let's be serious for a minute here. I liked Juanjo last time round, but wasn't that at a lower level? I don't remember him cutting the mustard at SPL level, or even shining in his spell with Hamilton. Since then he has been playing in some obscure low level Spanish league. Can we really expect him to be the 'messiah'. Wishful thinking I fear, even if this rumour is not just a wind up. I'd love to be proved wrong however.
  18. If you move the goalposts much further they'll be in the Moray Firth. There are other threads about Brewster's overall management ability etc. This one's about Black, not the wider issues concerning other players, or problems which you are linking Black to. Anyway, I'm bored with this now. Let's both just hope for an improvement in ICT's fortunes over the rest of the season. Maybe that's something we can agree on, or is it?
