  1. Depends on extent of damage. If snapped then he's finished. If, as I suspect, its a tear of sheath then it depends on length of tear and success of surgery to pull it all back together. Until someone comes forward and states the extent of damage then I wouldn't right him off just yet
  2. Pinning this topic for anyone following the development league (U-20's) and for any words of wisdom, match reports etc. First league game of new season is 19:00 hrs k.o on Tuesday 23rd August at TCS v Motherwell. At the moment all matches appear to be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday nights (19:00 hrs) but that could well change. Full fixture list can be found here http://spfl.co.uk/development-league/dev-fixtures/
  3. BBC Gossip:- Inverness CT defender Kevin McNaughton's season is over after he underwent surgery on an Achilles injury picked up in the weekend defeat to Ross County. (Daily Star)

  5. Isn't there houses around Cromwell Road/Lotland Place area. Used to be a grotty wee pub there but think it was converted to flats. I'd imagine these to be closest to stadium
  6. That's it. I'm sick of all this unrest so I demand that our football club take the name of the company that runs it. INVERNESS THISTLE AND CALEDONIAN FOOTBALL CLUBS LTD
  7. Many people seem to get awfully worked up by not knowing how many season ticket holders there are. I ask this. What would a figure actually tell you? Any club can put out a figure but its actually meaningless. Are they all full paying tickets? Are they concession or frees? Its the same with crowd numbers at game. How many are little kids? How many are actually watching and understanding the game?
  8. At midweek press conference prior to Partick game Foran stated that Josh was back in full training and could be available for selection very soon. Thiswas translated by a twitter / facebook account as Josh available for Partick. A typical Chinese whispers scenario
  9. Had a look at the rules and they just say anyone who qualifies to play in development league
  10. Josh is expected to be available this Saturday as well

  13. Looking like seedings will be: Celtic, Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts, Rangers, Morton, Partick, Alloa. With the Unseeded being: Inverness, Peterhead, St Johnstone, Dundee U, Motherwell, Queens, Ayr U, Hamilton Think I've got that right
  14. No. There hoping to cash in on us by using 'Forever in their Shadow'
  15. But if you want future fixtures just go here http://spfl.co.uk/development-league/dev-fixtures/
  16. Celtic - no cash gates Rangers - no cash gates Aberdeen - no cash gates Ross County - no cash gates I'm not hearing any complaints from any of them.
  17. Nice to know your still alive Buffy. Been a long time.
  18. At the moment there are five second placed clubs on 6 pts. All but one of those have 2 games to play. Only 4 best 2nd place go through so we have to aim to win the group and that means two wins and hope for a DU/Dunfermline draw
  19. For accurate tables go here: http://spfl.co.uk/league-cup/table/ Home Away Total Team P W D L F A W D L F A W D L F A GD Pts 1 Dundee United 3 1 0 0 6 1 0 2 0 2 2 1 2 0 8 3 5 7 2 Dunfermline 2 1 0 0 3 0 1 0 0 3 0 2 0 0 6 0 6 6 3 Inverness CT 2 0 1 0 1 1 1 0 0 2 1 1 1 0 3 2 1 4 4 Arbroath 2 0 1 0 1 1 0 0 1 0 3 0 1 1 1 4 -3 1 5 Cowdenbeath 3 0 0 2 1 5 0 0 1 1 6 0 0 3 2 11 -9 0
  20. How does that work if DU win their final game? Both teams on 10 pts they have far better goal difference
  21. Cant see it being a cost saving thing as turnstiles will still be manned. You can buy your ICT ticket online and have it posted out. Or you can phone the ticket office and have it posted out. Don't usually get hundreds of folk arriving to buy train ticket at the same time. Personally I only see this as being a problem for cup games and less so for league. Majority of fans are season ticket holders and, in the past, the walk ups like myself only had one cash gate to queue at and to be honest I've never had to queue for long. There are a number of clubs, including our friends across the bridge, who don't operate cash gates and they seem to manage without problem. All get to the Innes by one and choose a runner to nip down to stadium for tickets and hey ho
  22. If we're going to progress in this comp two wins are an absolute must and winning the group means we don't draw against Celtic, Aberdeen, Hibs and Hearts in first ko round.
