Shaw off injured
If he's out for any length of time it's probably his last appearance for us.

What does big Duncan do now?
Continue the defensive exercise until we inevitably tire and concede, or does he twist and try to get a second...

There's no option for:
My loyalty doesn't change with the wind, despite the fact my club is now down the shitter I'm not going to religiously throw money at another team every other week. I'll go to the odd game here and there as a guest and imbibe as much free alcohol as I can whilst wistfully recounting tales of a 30 year roller coaster ride that was following 'the famous ICT' .
I'd select that one.

Fleetwood!?
Thats Scott Browns managerial debut.
There's irony in there somewhere.

Extra planning training was organised for those of the '30' who didn't have thus qualification.

Not sure if folk haven't been reading one of the previous statements by mustake as I thought this one was quite restrained and fact based (apart from the nonsense about bewilderment at the result - it was a shoe-in) before going on to thank x y and z for support in 30th year, etc.

Ach it’s subjective, isn’t it. Unfortunately the club personalised it with regular barbed digs at Oldham and MacLennan in the media. I don’t think it’s a leap to think they in particular found it all a bit intimidating.
The digs were at these two I suppose because it was their shitshow that they lost control of... but if you're in public office, for the greater good or personal gain you are putting yourself and whatever irrational decisions you make up for debate.
This is not to be confused with a polite email now & again.
To be fair , if you're active on 'x' you will probably be experienced at media manipulation and the outcomes one can achieve, and will more likely than not enjoy the attention .

A lot would disagree with claims that it was intimidation, i bet some of these councillors love a good email, especially when it's to blow smoke up their arses.
Surely public officials with online contact details should expect some correspondence from time to time...someone has to let them know how great they are ffs.
Or are we all snowflakes now?

Well said Danger all that’s missing is “No-one likes but we don’t care” WATP
The similarities between ICT and the old Rangers is uncanny let’s hope we don’t end up in the same predicament.
Teuchters trying to act like the old firm is not a good route to go down we are a lot better than that.

Wonder if the 30 who called it in before the full council are the same 30 who voted to refuse.

Not in the centre of our community. FFS its on the very outskirts of Inverness. Nothing beyond it but waste ground.
And because its no longer in use as a golf course all the the drainage has been left to block up and is now providing a regular water feature on the ISD.

Partick Thistle v Raith Rovers live on BBC Scotland now.
Rovers currently one up, Partick now only 9 points and 5 goals better off than us. Certainly gives Morton some hope.

Given the fact you state the other response could be prejudicial, do you really want councillors responding in support of the clubs position and being excluded from the vote?
So the four councils who have joined up and come out with their PowerPoint against the application will be excluded from the vote?
Or is doing it via a 'spokesperson ' negate any particular councillors interest being called into question...

Ah, the old quasi-judicial nugget.

First half wasn't the best, both teams probing. Whilst I feel we shaded it in terms of controlling possession Airdrie looked dangerous & quick on the counter.
Apart from a frenetic first ten minutes in the second half where we continually gave the ball back to Airdrie we pretty much bossed it from there on in.
A lot of good performances, notably Lawal in the middle along with Kerr. Also Carragher Devine and Savage looked pretty assured in front of Ridgers.
Pepple even had an impact, notably on the keepers head.
Only the goals were missing.

The so called guardians and a fair number of fans on here should also remember the Highland Council represent the whole of the Highlands not just the city of Inverness.
This very blinkered centralised view is not healthy at all.

That's an argument for a city council , which is for another day.

Keeper parried his cross into path of Duffy, would've been harder to miss, although I have seen that happen.
