Interactive XL spreadsheet on a website?

I got one of these footballer picture and team speadsheet from the 80's e-mailed to me, when u get the name right you get 2 points and one for the country represented.Is there an EASY way of putting it onto my wee website so others can input the ones i can't get (the vast majority!)
