Just to note....I was aware of this issue of Internet access throughout the Highlands and beyond. If the situation had affected the majority of posters I would have made a decision in respect of Game 13. It is a situation that is, perhaps, overlooked in the rules so I may address this. There were 63 entries for Game 13 which is the average for this season so far, so, on that, it is clear to see the majority were not affected and that Game 13 went ahead as normal.
