ICT had a plan (the road to premier league football) and a clear vision of where we wanted to be. Others have wallowed in their own mediocrity. Maybe they tried many years ago but we were new, gathered momentum and reached heights we only hoped for.

Main ingredient In our success IMHO was getting thebest years of Steve Paterson's managerial career.
