Further posting glitches

Almost added this to the other thread, but trying to follow instructions Scotty so started a new one

 

Have had all the posting edit options greyed out on Safari for a good while now. Changed skins and emptied cache but no change. Tried logging out too. P&B which seems to have a similar interface works fine.

Not been too bothered as FF works fine if I actually want smilies etc.

 

Using my iPad I don't even see the options at all (amazing how often you need a smiley when you're not at your desktop) but I do see them on P&B.
