Can someone recommend a land management co?

Our property in Inverness was built by Barratts 5 years ago and they appointed a company in Aberdeenshire to arrange the maintenance of the communal land. However most of the residents on the estate feel we're getting conned as the charges seem to be way too high for the actual work done (we get an invoice every quarter). Anyway we got a leaflet drop the other day and a group has been set up to look for alternative companies. Apparently we're free to change companies as long as the majority of residents agree. Can anyone recommend one in North Scotland?

Why do you need a company to arrange maintenance? Set up your own resident's committee and put your requirements out to tender in the trade magazines. You'll get professional services without the commission payments to management company. Any surplus can go to improved landscaping/facilities.
