I know i might be a bit late in the day to be saying this but im really puzzled as to what im doing wrong. pretty much all my players i have, are in the top 10-12 scoring players for their positions, yet i seldom win. The only players that are getting more points, are the really expensive players...Likes of Costa etc. And realistically, you can only really afford two luxury players in your team. So not sure what more i could be doing.

Hi Smee yes a bit late in the day but look to next year I have just looked at your team and noticed that you have 3 defenders from the same team  in my opinion not a good idea (although of you had played them all last time you would probably have won your game)

 

I would suggest that you have a strong midfield  ie those that are good for assists and also capable of scoring a few goals . Head to Heads are funny and some weeks you can win scoring 30 pts and the next week you could lose scoring 70 so sometimes it is just a bit of luck - who you choose as Captain can also make a difference at the Moment you have Kane and that is a good choice  ( I hate to think what price he will be next year)

 

I would suggest that next year you mess about with lots of formations before deciding on your team - read the scout for some information , and also you can pick up some tips on twitter

 

Another way to go about picking your team is take maybe 1 major player for defence , midfield, and forward then use autofill and from there mess about with the team until you are happy.

 

It's all part of the game and my team has not done all that well this year so keep chin up next year could be oh so different

Yeah....i DID have 3 southamptom defenders in my team (as they are still among the highest points scorers) but im pretty sure i put in leighton baines the last time the EPL was in action. Might even have made more changes than that. Its all good fun tho :)

Im actually getting the knack of the game and how to play it. As i think i said earlier in the threads. i used to do about half a dozen different fantasy teams each year, select them at the start of the season and leave them be from there. This season, i think its just the one comp im doing, and i have been tweaking my team weekly since xmas and its gone a lot better

Well that's the season gone and its Congratulations to Steaming for winning the ICT H2H and the ICT Classic and to CD Stoke for Running him a close second in both Leagues, and to The Bhoys  winning The ICT Championship.
