The Currency Question

If I was in Scotland at the moment I would be using up all my hard earned Pounds to buy Gold and Dollars because it will be too late to do so soon.

Hope it does not come down to it but devaluation of your savings while they sit in a Bank account which you cannot touch is one of the worst things in the world to experience.

My advice to the people in Scotland with savings is to set about  actioning your own plan B.

There's already a major thread on the Scottish Independence question, as well you know. I note it was also you who started a separate Salmond v Darling thread - it just fragments the debate. It clear your motivation is to 'draw attention' to your pro-No viewpoints. Pathetic.

He is just stirring it from down under!

Funny he says that when an independent Australia used the pound for 50 years.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_pound

Here are just some of our options

If most of those options are unappealing to you blame labour/tory/lib dem parties for forcing us to look elsewhere

(for the time being I imagine there would be a quick change in tune if we agreed on something else)
