Easy IHE the junction of Raigmore Brae & Millburn Road, you can see Harbour Road on the other side of the railway, at that time the first building on the left would be the slaughter house and on the right was Autosales garage.  Millburn caravan park which I think closed late 60's.  The D series Ford would be a 10 tonner, there is a Rover 90 on the left & Mk1 Ford Escort on the right at the filling station.

I used to walk over the hills and across the railway to have a great pint along here

Not much traffic about on the main old A9 and the driver of the Fordie Pop was probably in for a pint or two!

Must have been some queue if it was for a train!  The building with Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs is in Grebe Street and is currently a furniture shop and they are queueing through what is now Ogalvies Furniture car park up towards Beatons Lane and North Church Place which is at the rear of the Penticostal and Free Church.

Ah, I wondered if it might have been the buildings at the back of the station which were demolished to make way for the Eastgate Centre.

In that case I'm not sure what the queue would have been for, unless Free Presbyterian services were very popular in these days or the Great Unwashed of Inverness were especially in need of a bath at the old Friars Street pool.
