Apparently we are set to sign staggie forward Ryan Dow who joined the mob across the bridge in 2016 from the Arabs in 2016 scoring only once in that time.

Hope so wer lightweight up front ! Besides that's the kinda stats on all the forwards we sign Whites record at Barrows poor!

I thought he looked a good prospect and useful when he was at Dutd and thought we should have gone for him when he signed for county. A few years of limited game time and I'm not sure now whether he is still as good a signing but worth a gamble if the money is right.

A player who should now be in his prime who has never been remotely close to being a prolific striker at any time in his career.

Even with our limited means, I am sure we could do better than that.

pretty sure that sums Billy McKay up the first time round

If the money is right could be an OK signing. He's only scored once for County but was he not injured for a time?

He seemed to do alright at United even scoring against us, maybe he'll fit in better this side of the Bridge.

(He says fingers and toes crossed)

Would this be a loan or a permanent signing isn’t he still under contract with them?

County are open to a loan or permanent switch. I imagine they would want some cash for him.

P and j today says we are interested in signing him

Ah is that in the print version? I couldn't see anything online as most of their stuff is behind a paywall now.

Nah, it’s in the online version as well.

Huh, I only see the first sentence because I've read more than two articles for free (or something like that).
