Good away win against a team fighting for their Championship lives to maintain positive momentum going into the play offs.

Still a chance of pipping Ayr for third place.

We think we've had it bad since we won the cup. Maybe we should spare a thought for our cup final opponents who remain favourites to be plying their trade in the third tier next season.

Good result against a team that's been battling hard for survival.

Also, our first win there for 16 years! Paul Ritchie got a hatrick that day in a 5-1 win.

What we would give to have Paul Ritchie in his prime up front for the plays offs.

An absolutely dreadful first half performance today. Things improved after the break despite rather odd substitutions. Felt a bit backs to the wall when Tremarco limped off leaving us with only 10 men for last 15 minutes. A good three points but we will need to see a vast improvement to make progress in the play-offs.

One point I would make is that Robbo should be using up all his jambo  brownie points to get Dario Zanatta in on loan next season. I lost count of the number of times he skinned Rooney today.  Think he'd be an excellent addition to the squad.
