At the moment he's certainly not getting the best out of any them.

Pretty dissapointed with his criticism of individuals in the Press (P&)during these last couple of weeks. Doran,McCart Trafford have all been highlighted when collectively as a team they have all been dross.

Seems to be one of Robbo's deficiencies, he should never publically criticise any player individually. We win or lose as a team.

You don't rate Robbo's signings but then say that we've got the best squad outside of Dundee United!?

Even with Robbos ropey some not all wev 1 of the best squads in the division by a distance! IMO he's wasted a lot of what we had on benchwarmers Traff Mchattie Carson roles our own youth players could've took same as Toddy why sign him hardly play him and loan out McKay who looked decent it's no rocket science your broke look see what you've got in the youth team always hearing how good they are they're never getting a chance to step up and show it!

If, as it appears to be suggested above,  Robbo is negatively commenting on the performances of the players in public , I hope he changes this strategy. All that is, or will be, doing is attempting to divert attention from his own imperfect management techniques which necessarily are therefore  being ignored by these players? That kind of conversation should be intense  between him and the individuals and very constructive and helpful to that player.

Especially if he is avoiding the making of constructive remarks  to the players' whose performances he finds wanting. That's his job. If he must publicly belittle their individual performances then how does he think that he can manage the human beings who are doing the actual work on the pitch? i.e encouragement is a great strategy for him and will gain him greater respect unless the player involved is lazy by heart and won't co-operate....at which time it's "sayonara, buddy" and off he goes.

To be honest Scarlet it's not his fault if a player gives the ball away and the opposition benefit from the error. He has no control over that. If someone can show quotes of this alleged public blaming then let's look at it again. However, in the case of McCart a couple of incidents spring to mind where he cost us a goal or two and it was mentioned, but hardly a public hanging.

I seeour finest ever managers going back to Falkirk expect them to win the league and be challenging us nxt season for the play offs if not winning the league stick a £10 on that successive league titles for Falkirk of Yogi goes back obvs

He wants to talk to Falkirk he's not going back (yet). Of course recently he wanted to talk to Hibs and was completely ignored by them so it will be interesting to see what happens with Falkirk.
