Haha not the best example tbf just think Falkirk have assembled a half decent squad specially at that level doubt they'll be paying big wages

They might be paying decent wages large home crowds good sponsorship renting out extra space in their stadium they are probably paying more than us on wages.

That a another reason for players moving to county - they  can increase their wage, play in the top league and they don't even have to move out of Inverness.

Never thought I'd see the day when they'd be a far bigger club than us but they're miles ahead on and off the pitch now!

In reality, they're not, it's just that they haven't had to spend 3 years in the Championship losing money, and even if they had, they had someone to bankroll them. It will end in tears at some point for them, may take a few years but it will happen.

Although to be fair to them they pulled in nearly a million from the sale of Boyce and Jackson Irvine.  Maybe it's not just the Chairman keeping them afloat.

They've sold quite a few players for decent fees Naismith and Liam Lindsay pulled in near another million! They even managed a fee for Alex Cooper 1 of the worst players to ever wear our jersey would've targeted Alice Cooper!

This window has been an absolute cluster for us, losing Rooney on a pre contract to St J along with McCart and Donaldson wtf. Three of our better players gone or going for very little income

Probably only a matter of time with the two CB's, but lets be fair whilst Rooney is Ok going forward, but defensively he's not the best... he can only run back at half the speed he goes forward. Mind you there seems be a national shortage of right backs!

Tyrone Smith reporting there was “fresh interest today in a couple of ICT’s players”.

Hopefully our decision makers are tucked up in bed and no late outgoing activity takes place..... unless they are working on a late incoming signing to surprise and excite us.....

I think it's fair to say that this could well be the worst transfer window we've ever witnessed. Both first choice centre halfs gone for peanuts and we're subsequently obliged to recall a teenage full back from Elgin who we sent out on loan just a few short weeks ago. Sadly this seems to be the state of play these days. More chance of finding intelligent life in Dingwall than us going up via the play-offs. Woe is me.....?

Indeed. We’ve replaced the beating heart of the defence with the dodgy knee of the treatment table, and a youngster recalled from Elgin. A truly awful window, that condemns us to another year in this league and further cuts next season.

Quite frankly this has been a dreadful month so the board AND management owe us an explanation as to why we only signed one player yet sold two. We were promised replacements if anyone left so why didn't we, and don't give us some crap about not having money because we did, these defenders did not go for nothing plus we had their wages.

On the plus side thiugh, we should see Cammy Harper get some game time and hopefully others to.

I think it's safe to say that we are definitely going to have a busy summer rebuilding :( :( :(.

The explanation is clear and obvious. We have been in the Championship now for three seasons and have lost the best part of a million pounds in each of these seasons.

No point in blaming the board who have, in general terms, worked hard to keep us afloat and out of administration and maintaining full time football albeit with a squad much diminished in terms of numbers and quality.

The mistakes were made not so much recently but in the immediate aftermath of our Scottish Cuo triumph.

Both previous board and this 1 have made some crazy decisions not taking compo for Yogi if as said the relationship had broken down then sacking him while still paying his wage taking an untried broken down player a proper cheap option then sticking with him when he'd clearly lost the dressing room insanity! Then the new board taking on a manager who tho I think he's decent enough hadn't managed at any level in a decade wouldn't have had any contacts for players info on who was available and didn't even apply was another strange decision resulting in us spending most of the season fighting relegation when really with a manager who knew the scene we'd have been surely winning the title
