Did you notice the reference to allardyce as a possible full back?

That right back position must have some list of possibles.

Who will get most rb starts next year? One for gringos fantasy predictions.

Brad Mackay  3/1

L Toshney 5/1

Ryan Fyffe  2/1

Allardyce 6/1

Davie Carson 8/1

Kevin Mchattie 3/1

Cameron Harper 5/1

Jack Brown  20/1

🤔🤔

Stokes must be the least disciplined footballer currently going.  Since he left Celtic four years ago he has

- Been released early from his contract by Blackburn

- Dropped and released by Hibs for breaching team rules.

- Released for missing training and going missing by Greek side Appollon Symri.

- Was released by Azeri club Tractor FC (really) for having 103 days of unauthorised absence.

- Had his contract terminated early by Turkish team Adana Demirspor

- Was released by Persepolis (Iranian superleague) for more unauthorised absence.

- Left LIvingston because he didn't want to train on astro.

During this time he was also convicted of stalking his ex-girlfriend.

See Chalmers has signed for Ayr rumoured to be wanting White on loan as well that's there title hopes over then

Good signing for Ayr, managing to prise one of the integral parts of 'the Ross County way' back down south.

Hopefully they'll get White as well can write them of as contenders then! Good move for Joe wasn't getting a game at County

I sat beside Steve Ferguson before he signed and he had nothing but good words for him...obviously not a favourite of the forehead shaving freak Kettlewell.

Despite all the above he still gets the odd gig, I suspect he has a top agent...wasn't the same one Susan had was it??

Can’t see White being loaned out so soon after joining Motherwell.

I agree that Chalmers is a good signing for Ayr though.

He probably took the title of 'least disciplined' the minute Garry O'Connor retired.

That's a bit harsh on O'Connor , considering the well publicised demons he has had to deal with since he shot to fame. Fighting addiction and dealing with suicidal thoughts isn't quite what comes to mind when you call someone " least disciplined " .

At least he is involved with trying to help others now, something I'm not sure Stokes would bother with if and when the wheels come off his gravy train.

Two things. I agree that O'Connor has been brave in speaking about his issues which may have been the reason for his ill discipline but it doesn't distract from the fact that he was extremely ill disciplined.

Secondly; you, like me, have no idea whether or not Stokes also has similar issues. Many people who do, quite understandably, do not wish to go public with them.

  • 2 weeks later...

What has happened to the Wallace Duffy signing which was "close to being finalised at the start of the week (according to BBC gossip and Daily Record) 🤔

I would imagine that one and possibly another striker on loan will be our deadline day signings.
