A good game with lots of clean crisp passing especially in the first half.  I have to say the Talbot keeper didn't look like a keeper, but was brave and made a few very good stops.

Inevitable that it would be called off.  It occurred to me that the forecast for Sunday is at least in positive figures.  Whilst no fans are involved at this time,  why can the clubs not agree to play the following day (provided the officials are available)  

According to the BBC Charlie Christie just scored a penalty against C#*nty.  Could have sworn it looked like Ryan and the penalty was saved back to his feet then he scored.  No doubt dad is in the crowd.

I agree with the way it's done in the lower leagues. 2nd bottom plays 4th and 2nd and 3rd meet.  Winners to the final.

I understand the play offs in league 2 where highland and lowland league champions meet to decide who plays the bottom team.  Only twigged this year that league 1 + 2 play offs match 2nd bottom of upper league v 4th in lower league and 2nd and 3rd then a final.

Why does the championship/premier not work the same way?   Second bottom in premier earned their place and don't deserve the protection of only playing in the final, in my opinion.

Was at the game, but can't honestly think of anyone who deserves any points.  I may be getting old, but I remember when my team used to play the ball fast and on the ground using speedy wingers and were actually a threat in front of goal.  Lots of ball going sideways and backwards and too slow going forward.

I thought Brendan Rogers post match comments were extremely accurate, his entire team turned up and played well.  Our team spent most of the time chasing shadows, and for the first 40 minutes did reasonably well.  No one earned any points in my opinion.  Not so much a poor performance, but given the opposition no worse than everybody else in the league this season.

Listened to the radio on the way home and actually agreed with Pat Bonner's assessment.  The entire Celtic team played well.  We defended quite well for over 40 minutes chasing shadows as they moved the ball so quickly.  We needed a significant number of them to have an off day and our entire team to perform well.  We simply weren't allowed the ball for most of the game.  Going to the game I hoped for at best a draw against a team that has steamrolled everyone this term, but was expecting what we got, as no doubt most of us were.  Second half forgetting the schoolboy errors, simply confirmed the fact that they are in a different class. 

Thought Richie's post match comments were overly harsh for a game that few would have expected any sort of positive result from for us. 

Our collective assessment of Clancy is pretty conclusive.

Watching whats happening and the Tour De France, so very little time for comments.

If RF brings the same passion to his managerial post as he did to playing, he may spend a fair bit of time watching games from the stand.  Like many others who have moved to the Highlands he loves the area, and may not be as much of a fixture as Charlie Christie, but may become one.

I was starting to think we needed the goals enlarged as most shots recently have been best described as narrowly missing the target.

All is forgiven today as everyone seems to have found their shooting boots. 

Tough afternoon in the desert, trying to keep track of events in Dundee, Rome where Scotland have won by a margin at the end but were made to work hard by Italy, and watching the Cycling in Belgium.  At least the other two have finished - common the Caley Jags.

I read in the P&J that the game is likely to be sold out.   I tried ringing the club and the Social Club today, but couldn't get a reply.  Could someone confirm that tickets for our section of the ground are either available at the gate or where and when I can get hold of some.  I appreciate that it is Christmas, which is probably why the phones weren't being answered
