  1. more shoddy 3rd rate marketing - why have an announcement with new sponsor revealed, getting the clubs name into the press & then no-one can buy it?!? do they think every single person who contemplated buying a shirt upon hearing the new sponsor news will check back on a weekly basis to see when it is released? if it needed SFA approval etc then why not get that done before an announcement?!?

  2. Had season tickets gone on sale pre-Butcher leaving they would have been flying out of the door. With Yogi in charge I'm sorry but there is nothing on show to entice people (new or existing) to sign up for next season. Results & performances since January have been woeful at best, our league position has collapsed and our best player will leave in the summer. The decision to appoint this clown will hit the club in the pocket now - hopefully that opens their eyes.

  3. Being an occasional attendee at matches nowadays I, along with new supporters, are one of the biggest target audiences for the club. 5/6-0 defeats, 0-0 draws and the form since December won't entice 'fairweather' fans to the club. John Hughes was the wrong man for the club both in terms of managerial experience & ICTs slick playing style and the sooner the board realise the better. The stats 'pre/post Hughes' are astounding and if Hughes says he is not making wholesale changes in the summer then surely the same will continue?

One final note - what has the impact on Billy McKays asking price been since Hughes took over? Astute clubs will see he is still a good player but his transfer value must have halved?

  4. why the fek was John Hughes smiling & grinning at the start of his BBC interview. If I was the board a smile would be the last thing I would want or expect to see. Jim Spence would have been scared to go anywhere near Terry Butcher after a result like that

  5. A friend & I were discussin elgin & east stirlings basement battle last night & he claims that if East Stirling finish bottom this yr, that will be the 3rd yr in a row & they will be kicked out of the league setup, to be replaced by a highland league team or such like? I seem to remember this was put forward but Im convinced it was never put into effect! Anyone able to shed any  light?

  6. I know Keogh is at Peterhead hence why i said bring himback. Was merely jesting tho. The midfield pickings look rather bare nowadays when 1 or 2 players are out. We've got rid of Fox, Proctor, Keogh, Golabek all of whom are midfielders or who could adapt to it if need be. Hart must have been the only other senior midfield player available to name on the bench on sunday if morgan was indeed injured!

  7. Personally i thot Richie Hart had another absolute stinker. At least twice when we were pinned back in our own half, Hart got picked up the ball after a Celtic mistake but passed it straight back to Celtic. I am usualy quite critical of Russell Duncan but in comparison he seemed to have a very good game and was like Ronaldinho compared to Hart! Bring back Keogh!  :011:

  8. CC made the worse possible change in bringing on McAllister with 4 mins to go. It would almost have been acceptable if it was an experienced striker like dargo or wyness who could maybe hold up the ball or take it for a run down to the corner but McAllister just ran about like a headless chicken.

And why after the kick off for Celtics 2nd goal did Rankin boot the ball straight out for a Celtic goal kick?????  :010: wasn't long left but there might have been one last chance

  9. Will the bus from the bus station to the stadium be running on Sunday? if so is it a 12pm departure? Can never find anywhere that details what games the bus is on for and what time! got caught out for one of the games  :006: any info would be much appreciated

  10. Falkirk weren't among the seeds so must hav finished 10th. Aberdeen were in the top 8 remember but didnt get thru (  :015: ) so yinited must hav sneaked into the seeds, jammy gits that they are

  11. is there a deadline for booking tickets? presumably the club'll need time to administer it all? wont know til later on in the week if im going. ridiculous only giving ict the tickets 5 days before the game & then saying no sales on the day. even the old firm arent that bad!
