  1. Any further word on who may be turning out and what else is planned for the evening?

There has been a great turn out from ex Caley players who want to play in Roy's testimonial to mark his ten years service to the club. Mark Brown, Jimmy Calder, Bobby Mann, Stuart McCaffrey, Barry Wilson, Liam Keogh, Barry Wilson, Charlie Christie, Paul Sheerin, Dennis Wyness, Graham Bayne & Craig Brewster have all signed up for the night and John Robertson and Pele are going to be managers for the night.

Looks like it is going to be a good night with alot of the old faces coming back to Inverness for the night.

  2. I would imagine Zadi is one of our cheaper players on the pay roll so paying him off i would think wouldn't be much of a problem. The fact that Brew stated he was keen on Richie Byrne a month ago certainly suggests Zadis future with us was rather bleak.

I think that the other pkayer departing could be McBain. He has barely featured in the last month or so.

I think after the last months performance we can't afford to lose McBain and he should feature more in the team not less!

  3. Mcbain is an asset in the midfield, with his hard work and decent pace he provides cover for the likes of Imrie and Cowie to break forward.

    Totally agree

McBain is a more than useful senior player that always gives 110% and never acts like a little girl when he is subbed or doesn't start every game

He also has a better goal scoring record than the majority of our midfield

Most importantly he is an essential squad player, I expect Vigurs to be his eventual replacement as a first team player but if anyone else can recomend a left sided player that offers consistent performances and SPL experience I'd like to hear it???

Totally agree with everything you said. Mcbain often doesn't get the credit he deserves. Brew is right to keep him in the first team

  4. Could be wrong but I think Roys contract runs to December 09 so there's still time to get him sorted. Those who are free to sign pre-agreements in January are the ones to concentrate on. Bear in mind also that Roy will be 34 next month.

His contract is up in the Summer.
