  1. Given that he was given a severe talking to in front of the home fans when substituted last Saturday does he have to apologise to our so called leader before he is allowed back in to the fold. There were similar rumours last season. Maybe he is injured and the higher archy have slipped up by not letting us know. They are usually so good at keeping us informed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Just wanted to say thanks

The last 2 years have been absolutely great as an ICT fan, we have had the against all odds emotional battle to gain enough points to claw our way back up the SPL, so close, so very close.

Life back in the 1 st Division that looked near impossible to climb back out of, with the mighty Dundee steam rolling their way up the league but with finding the best in our current players and adding a few new faces produced a crack unit ready to take on anyone, climbing from a mid table position being a huge 15 points adrift from Dundee to win the 'Caley Thistle Champions ha ha ha ha ha ha ha cup' with 12 points to spare.

An unbelievable 13 months undefeated on the road and this season being our most likely for a top six finish.

So best of luck to Terry and Mo, to Grande balls at one end of the park,to Grab all the balls at the other end and all the die hards in between.

Totally agree with the sentiments of this post. We have had some fun over the years. Hoping for a good cup run now.

  3. If Lennon's appointment is about bringing back the thunder at Celtic Park, we should pull out all the stops at the Caledonian Stadium.

    Remember this?

    Juanjo wins red card appeal

Juanjo was involved in an incident with Celtic's Neil Lennon.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle winger Juanjo has won his appeal against the red card he received against Celtic last weekend.

Juanjo had been accused of a head butt against Celtic's Neil Lennon, who was previously cleared of any wrongdoing.

But the Scottish FA video review panel decided that the Spaniard was wrongly dismissed by referee Dougie McDonald.

Juanjo is now free of suspension and will be available to face Dundee United at Tannadice on Saturday.

He had been shown the red card after fourth official Alan Freeland drew the incident to McDonald's attention.

    No action against Lennon

Caley Thistle manager John Robertson had been bemused as to why Juanjo was sent off while Lennon escaped punishment after the pair clashed.

"The fourth official has seen something, but the referee has only sent our guy off," he said.

"Neil Lennon raised his hand and Juanjo's done something back.

"The fourth official says he saw a movement of Juanjo's head towards Lennon, but that is clearly not what happened in this incident."

I remember that day well. we all thought the fourth official was drawing lennon's behaviour to the referee. I have hated the cheating Lennon ever since. Can't wait to see the reception he gets up here. Did somebody not lose their job at the airport for shouting abuse at him about the Juanjo incident?

  4. Further to my experience with 'on-line' paying for season tickets earlier in the week. I thought I'd share my further experience.

I went down to the stadium yesterday on another matter. Went into the portacabin and lo and behold was handed my season tickets in an envelope. Don't know if they were to be posted out or was I ment to collect them? Got into another conversation and didn't ask what was to happen to them. If my tickets were to be posted to my home address it would have cost the best part of ?1 as it would be considered a large letter by Royal Mail.

After all the time I spent trying to buy my tickets early on the internet and then the phone, would I have been better to do what I always do and just turn up at the stadium and hand over my cash? The answer for me is definately yes, BUT are we allowed to do that this season? I thought the whole point was that electronic booking would save the club staff resources!

There is going to have to be a clear instruction soon as most people will renew last minute and the club could be inundated with punters wishing to pay at the stadium.

The whole thing raises other issues such as is there sufficient staff down there and are we not missing a massive retail opportunity by keeping people away. People turning up in person are more likely to purchase the new season's shirt, scarf etc.

Also potential new season ticket holders may not be impressed by payment system which in my opinion is not very transparent.

The above is not intended as a negative rant at the club, just my observations. I fully appreciate the hard work that everyone at the club puts into these processes and the need to save money.

Went to the stadium yesterday and bought my season ticket. no problems. The place was very busy and the lady was very helpful. Things are looking good.
