  1. What was he like when he got on yesterday??

Hard to judge really because in my opinion Butcher hooked the wrong guy. I think Foran should have been taken off instead of Tade and I think Tade would have been better placed to control the ball and feed through to MacKay.

Maybe you are right they are both good enough players . We need to do something to start collecting the points . We don't want to be sitting at the bottom to long . Come on guys we can do it .

  2. well another case of dr jekyl and mr hyde here. Great first half entertainment with Caley carring on where we left off from last week playing some really good passing football. We created chances and where the better team but allowed to much space in the middle for uniteds opener as a lovely through ball cut us wide open and the guy (cant say his name) finished giving Ryan no chance. No worry we were level within 3 minutes some good football again aided by some slack defending allowed A Shinnie to put an inviting ball across the face into the path of Ross to score. I expected us to go on and we did create some good chances but we didnt capitalise and alklowed united back into the game. There second was horrific defending by golabart who was axed at half time. Yet again though we cant play for 90 minutes and the second half was poor tade had one chance to level but that was just about it. Butcher brought foran off and sutherland but he played a 4-5-1 which nullified the space for Shinnie who i though had an ok game and sutherland was so ineffective down the flank with tade up front it was like trying to break down a brick wall with a tooth pick. United's 3rd was again poor defending with our players falling alseep to allow 1st the cross to get in and 2nd to give Jon Daley (who just came on) to score a free header with his first touch. After that we huffed and puffed but there was no real quality and united held on pretty easy. There was one guy at the end who shouted ur **** towards Shinnies parents which was very harsh and a small arguement ensued but if this guy though A Shinnie was **** then he cant have any complaints about Graeme Shinnie who was magnificent really solid and bombed forward all game but with celtic next week we must pick up points against st mirren and the next few games after otherwise this could be a long hard season if it isnt already

I agree with you Greame Shinnie was solid .Our strikers are poor and so is the defence we need to sort that out or we are in big trouble . Don't think we stand a chance against celtic but we do need to start collecting points . Come on guys pull together and start scoring .

  3. Buckie 3-3 ICT (FT)

Wow just how bad and lucky were we tonight, a very poor performance tonight I know it was mainly a young team but no-one was passing to a team mate

Goals from Gavin Morrison, G.Shinnie (pen) and Dingwall scrapped a draw for ICT

Dingwall goal coming in the 93rd

The most interesting thing was Shearer and Marsella seemed to offer no encouragement to the lads yet when butcher came down with 15 to go the players seemed to get a boost and finally get a draw

Sutherland was poor tonight, offered nothing, Morrison had a decent game with a good free kick, tade looked real good the 60 mins he got

We were bad tonight but its only friendlys . Hopefully get our act together for Saturday's game

  4. Went down the front to try to get Russell's jersey, he took it off to reveal a t-shirt with 'thank you' . Unfortunately for me he was too busy using the shirt to wipe his eyes.

Sad day for them both . They are ICT through and through Russell looked really upset Grant maybe stronger at hiding his emotion's Just hope they get signed up soon .

  5. More intersesting off the pitch than on it. Some good songs sung!

So It was Duncan and Munro's last game :( I actually cried when I saw duncAn at the end :'( xx

You are not the only one . I saw a few people with tears in their eyes . Duncan looked really upset hope Terry noticed. Nice of Grant to walk off the pitch with him .Won't be the same without them

  6. Shall be emotional tomorrow! Going to miss them both so much! :'( xx

Emotional again today . Was gutted for them on Wed and again today .We will really miss you both . Won't be the same without the names GRANT & RUSSELL on the team sheet. Hope Terry does'nt regret letting you both go. Good luck to you both and hope you get signed up soon .

  7. Surely Grant will be given a testimonial match after 13 years service to ICT .

I would be amazed if we didnt give him a testimonial. Grant has been at the club for around 14 years and his loyalty, dedication and unfaltering effort should be rewarded appropriately with a testimonial.

Really hope something is being organised and if it isnt then questions need to be asked.

Both him and Russell should get a testimonial as Grant has 14yrs and Russell 10yrs it would be a great way to say thanks to them both for their service and dedication to the club

  8. No punch.

Just a handbags retaliatory chest push.

The other player went down awfully easy. Nearly a dive if anything. Such a *****.

Farce if ever I saw one. Disgraceful, actually.

Russell Duncan--Terry sign him for another season , if only to give the finger to the SFA. Gadzooks.

I agree with you proper farce. Don't think he will get another season from Terry . Pity Grant and Russell will be missed .

  9. Post #22 Im glad my eyesight and my memory didnt let me down. I can confirm that this is the original film of what happened, as I descibed before the highlights were shown.

unfortunately the snipper was not caught on film, as the angle did not allow visual of the bushes by the bridge, however it may have been a rubber bullet as Mair made a quick recovery.

Terry has said in an interview that Russell can still get a run out in the Accies game. Does anyone know if Pedz has a one game ban, or is it more.

Hope Russell does get a run at the Accies game he deserves it . Would like to see him go out on a high . Think the club should have made an appeal against the red card .

  10. Dont think it was a penalty and Duncan seems to punch Mair in the chest so definite red card I'm afraid , the bbc highlights show it clearly at 1min 53 secs in .

I think you need to go to spec savers I never saw a punch and watched it a few times . What Duncan did was bumped him with his chest .Take another look

  11. probably 3 game ban due to violent conduct so that was russel's last game in an ICT shirt, what a disgrace on behalf of the midden player.

Maybe you should watch the highlights Should not have been red and Duncan was not violent

  12. I'd happily put some money towards an appeal for Duncan if the club weren't willing. A yellow for both would have sufficed.

I agree a yellow for both . Would be happy to put money towards appeal for Duncan to

  13. Must be grounds for an appeal, certainly never a red card. Should have been a penalty for us and a red card for Mair's reaction by raiseing his hands to russells throat. All russell did was barge into him, booking at most. Hope they appeall so he can play in final match

Hope they appeal as that was definately not a red card Hope Russell gets to play the last game .
