Interesting the figures Duncan Shearer quotes. Much less than the club are claiming and I didn’t realise the youth themselves have to pay  as well.

Believe Project Brave made the kids stop paying. Well below the norm, for 8 hours training a week, buses to games, etc. Think county charged 300 at one time.

Believe youth costs include full time staff, like Baz, Es, Charlie, Ross?

One other point that I picked up on was the reference to the " leaseholder". Meaning there must be  a landlord and a lease from an owner,.

But who is the owner if the stands have been gifted (outright?) to ICT? And, in that scenario, who and what has been  leased to ICT.?

The soil below belongs to the Inverness common good fund, a 99 year lease was given. The stands were built. The North/South stands were built by Tullochs and rented back to club. They are the assets (and players). The lease lies not with club anymore but some Tulloch control. Anyway see what happens Monday!

Very important that we stay on same level as our neighbours over the bridge who are also in the eight team "Progressive" group but I believe they're appealing and looking for Elite status.  Would be a real issue for our ability to attract local talent if we were on a  lesser ranking.

Out of the 8 "Elite" Academies only Aberdeen outwith the Central Belt which seems totally unfair and biased against the provinces.  I guess Malky doesn't fancy the drive North.

Poor old Dundee in the third tier!

All it takes is money for full size indoor, 6 full time staff, etc. etc. Surely Uncle Roy has plenty.

There's no chance we could have gone for elite surely? Admittedly no one seems to know what the criteria for Project Brave actually is, and the SFA seem unwilling to tell us, but it seems odd that Aberdeen are in there considering their training facilities consist of a public park.

I have some questions about the statement

    - Was the appointment of Finlayson ever supposed to be temporary or short term? I can't recall it being described as such.

    - Who made the £500,000 investment mentioned in the statement?

    - The statement says that we didn't budget for selling Draper yet Robertson said in the press that he won't receive any of that money for players. What is it being used for?

    - I'm pretty sure we had statements promising better communication earlier in the summer and that the communication got worse following that, what specific changes and actions have been taken to improve things?

    - How much money was the club paying Tullochs for the stands every month and how do we intend to use that money?

Always was temporary, maybe not in public domain.

500k not disclosed but almost certainly the trio.

    Don't know.

Restructure has to start from top, many things can only happen when Tulloch moved away!

    £19k a month

How much will this hurt the budget for next season? Did the board have this in mind when bidding for Miles? Will this allow a u-turn on Raven? Will this encourage  or discourage those with pending offers to sign?

So many questions. No answers. Scary times.

    who's next?

Def a plan by board and maybe yogi as well. At least David is still on books till end May.
