for my sins I have been here, its a one horse town, was invited here by the local tourist board. Whilst I wouldnt ever attempt to tell people to suck eggs, If anyone needs help planning ground arrangements please let me know, as part of our company is Fregata Travel and we are supposedly !! Eastern European experts. I can look at airfares but most of the deals can be found online. Its far better to be over the otherside in Ruse!! anyway if you need help please contact me Dave
