Seen that happen bud.... That was just stupidity... No reason for the boy to do that, not permitted and opening himself up for action by the club. You restrained yourself well.... I was amazed you didn't clock that stupid lad in the face... If that had been me I'd never have been able to hold back. Hope your wee lady OK

My restrainted was held back because of my children.

  2. Not often I comment on this page but my daughter who is 2 years old got kicked in the head by an idiot who jumped over the barrier to get the ball near the end of the game. She ok now but there was a bit of blood from her lip. Cheers to the lady and her daughter who came over to offer assistance.

This season's Ross County jersey was picked by a vote by supporters.  Apparently Greenock Morton are letting fans design next seasons tops.  Why don't we do something similar?  It'd generate a bit of interest and if you make it a few pounds to enter your design for consideration it could do quite well.

I remember the club talked about doing something similar a few years back and then conveniently forgot about it, but it's worth a try again.

We had a top a few years back which we as fans paid to have our names on it.

Polworth is a really talented footballer who, a few seasons ago, was a player I had tipped to be our next best thing. I think, as others have said, he is a confidence player, he is good when he is playing in a good team, when others are leading and pulling the team through, but now it's up to him to lead and fight and scrap for every ball, instead he let's his head go down and his body language is bad, this is what the fans don't like, they want to see players fighting to get the ball back not dwelling on how they lost it. The unfortunate incident in the dugout shows that he has aggression in him, so he needs to take it onto the pitch and impose himself on the games.

100 % agree with this. It when he loses the ball and does not chase back that gets me.

So Combat what did you ask and what honest answers did you get? Or are you now sworn into a board oath of silence?  ?..Any news is better than no news.

I feel that the chairman was honest with his answers so I don't want to break that confidence as other people might not then get this opportunity.

However I did ask about the following:

    North stand facilities being poor.

    Club shop.

    Parking outside the ground.

Where the nessie mascot has gone.

    Porngate.

    Just to name a few.

However my view on the bad comms is that the media fella just left to go to p&j and also due to porngate this has been a bit of a perfect storm which has caused this problem.

  6. I was the winner for the last game against Dundee Utd.

I have to say that Willie Finlayson spent a lot of time chat to myself and my guest. During this time I raised a lot of questions, which he honestly responded  to.

He came across very honest and sincere. His knowledge of football was very good and was just as gutted as myself when we lost to Utd.

Having been a fan since the club formed I believe that this offer to attend the boardroom was a great move from the club.

Also having Robbo sitting behind me when he got sent to the stands was also a privilege to hear his instructions to the players

All I can say is when anyone gets this opportunity please be polite as the chairman might be more responsive to your questions.

  7. "JR is an attacking left sided player can play wide midfield or left back. On his day can be an exciting player and delivers a great cross. Can be inconsistent though and has a tendency to be petulant too- has been sent off a few times in his career. I think he is maturing though and is a decent prospect."

I got this info from a good source who used to work at Aldershot.
