Aye and Alan Simpson off his back!
I am sure JR would wear the scorn of Alan as a badge of honour.

He probably needs to be careful about where, in Inverness, he goes for a haircut.
Word is he commutes from Edinburgh and we put him up in a hotel during the week so no problem with a barber.

That's neither here nor there though. It is getting ridiculous that so many are going. What can't be denied is that all of this is happening under his tenure. It's a joke. He made lots of noises about things improving yet you only ever hear from him when he his reprimanding. He was happy to employ a family member whose husband gets the catering contract to boot. He can't take credit for the signing over of the stadium as that was already underway before he became Chair. Sadly, the club cannot afford to lose people of Danny's calibre. The whole thing stinks and as far as I can see, and apparently by his radio silence, Mr Rae is to blame - a small club like ours has no place for nepotism, and bordering on fraudulent mismanagement, as is the trademark of our current chair. It's no wonder the stigs over the bridge are fairing better than us when we have such a clown heading things. I have to be honest, until this tit has been removed I can't see me being arsed to do the 1000 mile round trip to watch a game. Maybe when people stay away he might get the message and FO. I would like to see someone like Ross taking the Chair. Someone whose heart is in the club. Someone who could really push things forward and gain the support and respect that our current chair doesn't have. #Rant over.
You are right. Rae must resign and he should do it tonight at the AGM

Questions then for the selection panel/hiring committee. Where was post advertised, how many applications were received, who did the long listing and shortlisting, was the interview process rigorous enough, were the references followed up on properly....
Oh, wait...
Her husband is the Chairman's cousin. I'm not making any judgement on that, just putting it out there.
In that case if even half of what has been printed is correct then Rae needs to consider his position too.

Me and some of my friends would like to know how effective the commercial staff, and their management are? If we do not receive as much cash from the league then we need to find a way to generate it ourselves. There are a lot of players left unsponsored and hospitality is seldom full these days. I remember a previous chairman stating that there was no need to replace Mike Smith as CEO because his wage was too high and the day to day stuff could be handled by other staff and the directors. If we are in such bad shape financially, why do we need a CEO who seems to be all but invisible? For all his faults, Mike Smith was very visible. Why cant we sell our sponsorship or hospitality?

Also noticed that Kristine Fraser is listed as SLO instead of Andy Johnstone.

I wonder if they actually knew what was involved when they brought it back in-house. Anyone can setup a website but it takes a bit more to run a succesful one.

an update on the impact our COO and Commercial Manager are having on addressing the aforementioned operational shortcomings.
A statement on the status of our COO would be better ! Rumour going around the stadium is that he has been gone for months. Might explain the absolute shambles behind the scenes these days.

Sounds like worrying times to me despite the Chairman today trying to calm the rumours?
31 minutes ago, Kingsmills said:Wholly agree. It's more what that statement doesn't say rather than what it does.
The transparency promised last year seems to just be more soundbites when something controversial or negative is raised.

Does the CEO actually live in Inverness now? He was travelling up from Edinburgh before, and we were paying hid hotel bill.
