An opportunity for the chasing pack to reel Dundee in a bit closer today as their game at Ayr is off due to a frozen pitch. Who would have thunk it. All the teams have games in hand over Dee.

With County at home to the Pars and Queens at home to Morton it's up to us to make the most of this and take the three points at Raith. Partick are also at home to bottom team Airdrie United. Looks like us and Dunfermline have the most difficult tasks today. By the end of February, the league could be condensed again, bring it on, on the other hand, Dundee could repair the damage and strengthen their grip on the title.

It would appear that only a win will be good enough to keep us in third place, however, it's a funny old game.

Long story but basically ended up in Dingwall on Saturday with the away fans. County were good, Binos were rotten, crowd was poor.

Anywhoo the quiet crowd livened up when Andy entered the fray, fans began singing his name etc, corner for County at the Jailend, fans start chanting 'if you hate the caley thistle clap your hands' mr barrowman has a clap above his head towards the jailend which is delighted, followed by 'andy hates the caley' chants.

It got me riled at the time and whilst i know its part and parcel of football, players moving on and immediately changing loyalties i just want to make andy aware that at the next highland derby the fans should make it clear to andy that his immediate public showing of dislike to his previous employers will not be forgotten.

Much was said about Tokelys pre match interview before the dingwall game earlier this season, but players and fans should use this gesture as ammunition to get everybody well up for the game.

Overall im glad he has dissapeared and i feel its Countys loss and their current strikers are better than him, if he gets in the team he will miss chances and cost County points.

Sorry to dash your hopes but under SFL rules that last games of the season have to be played on the first saturday of may unless there postpomend so it wont happen anyway a home game for the last game of the season aint bad either

With the news that Imrie and Barrowman have been transfered to Hamilton Academical and Ross County respectively i was wondering if fellow fans think the re-building process is under way already?

I am a wee bit undecided because i would say yes because we have got rid of players who don't get a game or just to free up cash but i would also say no because we haven't got our management situation for next season next season and also only 4 players signed up for next season and maybe Duff if he comes so i need your help to help me decide.

All we have done is get probably the 2 highest earners off the wage bill and tied up Bully(til the end of season i dont know). We still need another defender and probably now another midfielder so i dont know why we havent taken a kid on loan from the old firm yet?

Im hoping its Duff. he did well in the 3 or 4 games he played for us before. Unless ofcourse our magnificent bard decide to offer Vigurs a pre-contract seeing as his deal runs out in the summer. on second thought it is our board after all... :angry:

Yeh im still puzzled as to why Foran gets hooked every game(even when he's playing out of his boots). Today i saw Cox have 2 touches on the ball and he lasted 90 mins??? He should have been take off for Odihambo, but in the end, WE ARE 3RD, 10 points behind Dundee with 2 games in hand and one of them is County.

nah he was out in 29th/31 and not on my table. Knocked out Robert eagle shortly after, pretty much crippled Dan Statford stack but Adam Rooney was sitting with about half the chips after 30 minutes. Dan got 9th, Jonny(hayes) got 8th and Adam got 4th and i claimed 3rd :)

What i found funny was that i had no idea that Dan & Robert were on my table and i never realised him. I even asked his name(dan) after i took a fair few chips off him and it never twigged until someone told me during the break

I would like to apoligise to some people on here, i havent taken the time to look back through the posts to see who but i would to say that my comments about Imrie being arrogant was originally about him in general. After playing poker with him last night i have now drawn to the conclusion that in fact he is actually quite a good guy to talk to. my remarks about him(and what i may have done) in the heat of the moment were the basis of my opinion of him as a player, not as an individual. My apoligies are to Dougie aswell if he does read this.

Let's put things into context here. Some fans despise Imrie, due to nothing more than allegations of "arrogance", yet up until last season, ICT regularly had Phil McGuire playing in the squad - a man convicted of assaulting his wife. So in these fans minds it's a view of: "Arrogance, that's disgraceful, but wifebeating, hey no problem!". Just shows some of the priorities of some of these dimwits. And where does it end? These are the same supporters who booed Rory McAllister, booed Michael Fraser, booed Robert Eagle, booed Andy Barrowman, booed Lionel Djebi-Zadi and have now set their witchhunt on one Douglas Imrie. And for what? Nothing more than silly, immature pettiness. Also bear in mid that this same section of fans thought that Dean McDonald was a messiah, cause he waved at them. Just shows on the whole the intelligence of some of these demented, idiotic morons.

TB and MM are still of course, under contract at ICT, however if Motherwell were to come up with a substanial compensation offer, I have a feeling the board might be prepared to consider it.

Yes it is Nick Ross(not tokely) and yes he does get a bit thrown at him for supporting county and the reason you havent heard much on it is because he has rarely featured in the starting squad.

Allison(and Ross aswell) - Only get some stick from fans because they are County fans playing for their local rivals. I bet you any money that Kenny Miller got a whole lot more abuse during his time at Celtic than what either of these two combined.

Rooney - Might aswell bring him in because at the start of the season he was getting "pikey" abuse which was more a bit of banter from a few lads in Section G but no doubt that would have been blown out of proportion. He took it on the chin and that has fizzled out now.
