Johnboy as said earlier i call it as i see it and if you read the press reports everyone around us thought the same the linesmen and ref quoted as could not see lines either so wWITHOUT the benefit of tv no i dont think it was unfair as ref DID award before changing his mind Pavels did not (even after seing it on tv)win the ball he did take Fernandez legs it was a foul and no Fernandez should not have been booked justice was seen to be served and as said having sen it in slow motion a few times and the red line on screen i hold my hands up but certainly was not anything other than an honest opinion

tough one to be honest as said in the past i beleive you have to totally committed to the area manager and players and you will still get players who are wanting to play premier league who want to come wether to use club as springboard or just to be given the chance i wanted fuully committed players to play for the club the jersey and the fans i have settled here and know its wonderful part of the world but there is still an ignorance that we are back of beyond and i still think most players would prefer to play in central belt if they had a choice but the longer club stays in premeir league and can continue to biuld the more attractive it will become. the club has made huge strides when donald and i started we did not even have a washing machine for the kit!!!!

early signs are encouraging i would say i like Foran as a player i spoke to Kerr s agent as well so i think good solid signing i dont know alot about Odhiambo but looks sharp enough the board were in tough position with CB as they needed to stand by him and lets be fair if they had said no we would not have signed big Pavel who has ben superb i know Gatthussi wel as was in charge of his team when they played Hibs in trial match and he is decent Morais started well so i se lot of positives and competition for places and its having desired effect

Iwas contacted by Orion and had an interview with Brian Urqhart and Paul Savage asking if i would consider the post of Business Development Manager and to use my contacts in the Edinburgh Glasgow and Fife areas i accepted this post on a trial period with the promise that i could return to football should the right opportunity arise this trial period was succesfully concluded and a full time position offered.I have similar to my football jobs thrown mysely 100% in to being a success at this and have helped in delivering some very useful contacts and opening doors in to other companies that we needed to speak to.In my entire 10 months at Orion i have spoken to Alan Savage on no more than 4 occassions and at no stage has ever spoke to me about ICT . Hi caleyonup I cant answer for Donald though i do speak reguraly with him and lets just say never say never most managers want their own people in to work alongside them and i think this may well have been the same in this case he still holds a dep affection for the club. SIR C THE 3RD and ymgwie yes i think i could have wowed you with a few more signings there were more players of the stature and level of Bingham and Juanjo to come and who knows what i have up my sleeve for the future it was sleightly difficult to persuade one or two as we were paying similar wages to the central belt but that where i had to sell the style of play sell the style of football get them to want to play and express themselves and more importantly want them to play for Inverness i knew when they came they were commited. its not all about wages for players honestly some want to enhance careers some want opportunity to play but i knew i had connections and scouts in place to get the right players.David Bingham desperately wanted to stay but was offered 4 times more than we could pay but we managed to sign Ian Black on 3 year deal at UNDER ?300 PW he just wanted to come and play for me a said he would get his chance as said i dont buy this we are not good enough routine we are and can be more BELEIVE kind regards robbo Hi fyibirddog As said earlier strikers can be strange creatures i saw enough of Andy last year to see he can score goals and it is a big jump to premier level.It would appear his confidence is down at moment and desperatly needs a goal but will have to play his way out of it as its the only way he needs his confidence restored kind regards robbo

Hi Kirishma Strikers can be very strange creatures trust me on that i beleive you have to work on all parts of their game you have to find the button that makes them work find what makes them play and then impliment it players perform with confidence especially strikers depending on position when shooting depends on where to aim but we worked extremely hard on encouraging all players to score kind regards robbo Hi Wanderer Tean spirit is paramount once you have lost respect of the players you have no chance of getting that back you must give them some sort of feedback and allow them the same they have to beleive in you.I am a great beleiver in making each player special and to let them know how much i rated them find out how to get them going individuals were talked to and it worked i also beleive that the appointment of Donald McNaughton as sports psychologist was huge and was disappointed to se him go last season.Team spirit is crucial without it self confidence and team confidence drops. kind regards robbo
