I would just like to point out that it is not my Birthday, nor was it my Birthday yesterday and it won't be tomorrow either....that is all.
A very merry UNbirthday to you......

Thanks to you all for your good?? wishes. Had a great day and made a big hole in Uncle Albert's bank balance.
Yet another birthday today, our very own Scotty.
Happy Birthday mate.

Very sad news indeed. Fond memories of home and away games with Alison & Iain and family.
Heartfelt sympathy to Iain and family

For Oddquinne and anyone else who does not know how the sponsorship works (or at least our version) shares are up for grabs at ?10 each and you can have as many or as few as you like.
Depending on how much we raise depends on what players we can sponsor. Costs as follows
Home shirt ?350 + vat
Away shirt ?250 + vat
Training ?100 + vat
Gloves ?100 + vat
Boots ?100 + vat
At the moment we sponsor Grant Munro - Home and Lee Cox - Training but as we have had a tremendous response this year we will be able to do another one. Not sure yet whether it will be an Away Shirt or a Training top.
Then if there is any left over I usually manage to buy another shirt as an additional prize.
At the end of season names of all contributors are put into a draw for the relevent shirts or gifts.(If you take two shares then you name goes in twice and so on)
Hope this clarifies the position for anyone else who is interested but I do need to wrap this up within the next few weeks.
I'll dip my toe in the water this year with one, if that's OK.
Do I just hit the paypal link at the bottom of the OP.?
Thanks for your support - yes just follow the paypal link

Scotty
On the Player Sponsorship thread the 'Buy Now' link seems to have disappeared!
Can you reinstate please.
Many thanks
Guzz
Otherwise I'm finding my way around gradually.
Keep up the good work.

Federer beaten by Berdych!
This could definitely be Andy's year.
No one want to bet against him reaching the final?
And murray through to semi.
At the start of Wimbeldon he was Scottish. Won two matches and became British. Tomorrow he'll be Englands great white hope.
On news today it said Murray is ENGLISH . Apparently his maternal great grandmother was English.

Picture in today's P & J PROVING that the ball DID NOT cross the line in England's match.
Maybe someone could do the linky thingy - I'm a bit thick where these things are concerned.

That's me back from my hols now.
I have updated the payments received - hope everything is correct but I expect you will let me know if I've missed anyone.
I have now received the invoice from ICT so would appreciate payment asap from those still to pay.
Thanks
Guzz
Link to paypal on opening post but those wanting to pay by other means please PM me and I will give you my details

Off on hols soon.
Feel free to add your name to this thread or make a payment and I will update the list asap when I return.
We have enough pledges now to do Grant's home top and Cox's training top.
We may even get enough to do another training top or boots - so come on all you people, it's only a tenner!!!

Well Uncle Albert made it through the night without getting arrested.
Woke up this AFTERNOON with a splitting head - not so much from the drink but from the noise coming from Doresboy who was on fine form at the game, having lubricated his vocal chords with more than a few Gins.
I think I deserve a mention as a good egg, having to endure Uncle Albert, Doresboy, BigStu, Papalazaroo not to mention a few more around the tunnell.

Maybe they were sent in batches by alphabetical order.
