There's definitely been a shift in mood over the last few weeks. It's weird to think that so many people are unhappy given that we aren't that far off a play off position (at least). For me though I am very concerned about the performances of late and issues off the pitch. You could argue Dodds has some kind of get out with recent injuries but I feel we've been playing really poorly for a long time now even before we started losing players to injury. It's been a tough watch even with results being not too bad a month or so ago. But it's a hard push to say what we've seen is entertaining which is why a lot of people like to go to a game. Off the pitch rumours swirl about altercations in the dressing room, players wanting to leave, jobs for the boys, the concert fiasco...it's all a bit grim really.

Aye! It’s posts like this that Add to the grime!
Obviously I might be wrong but todays game even if we lose might tell us about how we are coping!

  2. From the financial side of things as I’m not clued up on these matters, does Robbie’s Salary get covered by the clubs Insurance and would the players also have their own Insurance. If so would that put us in a position to recruit a new player if it’s possible.

  3. What are we like. Reaching the play offs and giving us the belief we could do this. Beating the odds in the 4th match of the play offs at Arbroath and out of it at half time in the first leg against StJohnstone! Only to still be in it level with a great  chance of promotion at the start of the 2nd half of the 6th and final play off game of the season!  Nobody can say we didn’t give it our best attempt. Well done all !

Simple question. Come 10 o'clock tomorrow evening willwe be back in the Premiership?

Probably will still be 10 each in penalty kicks at that time but by half past I’d say we have a 50-50 chance!

Think the team talk was a good one !

I didnt get to see first half as the source I got was showing PGA Golf ... but found another feed and have been able to watch second half. Sounds like first half was bad but we are definitely not outclassed during this 45. Great build-up play for the first goal and nice finish from McAlear but holy **** what a sublime free-kick for his second. That was in the proverbial postage stamp. World class placement if he meant it.

We were worse than worse! Didn’t get a touch inside StJs 18 yard box and 0 attempts at goal.

The SFA turned it down. The SPL ceased to exist almost a decade ago.

The end of the statement is utterly embarrassing. I appreciate emotions are running high but the final few lines are absolute drivel.

Yes I know SPL doesn’t exist I was referring to an earlier post where ‘SPL your having a laugh was topical’  I think we are all angry and shocked to be fair and we’re not all perfect in every statement or post!!!

  7. It was Bingham’s goal of course I was right behind it and it wasn’t such a fluke but a crafty left footed lob catching the goalie out for sure. A Radio Scotland sports debate a number of days later discussing if we should be allowed into the Premier followed. It prompted me to send texts in and I was delighted to hear my point of view read out on air. Can’t remember my exact words but at the time it was like ‘SPL your having a laugh’ that was very topical and I also said ‘If any other team won Division 1 apart from Inverness would there be such a hoo-haa and that it was just the cost and distance that was worrying everyone’!  I think it must’ve been my texts that got us over the line!😀

    Willie Collum!   :hiding02:

Probably the strongest team we could put out.   Understandable that Mckay is dropped, since he didn't get much out of Arbroath on Tuesday.   I suspect he will come on when Doran runs out of steam.  Sutherland, Chalmers and Samuels are all capable of banging them in.  McAlear too.

I have a horrible feeling that it will all come down to penalties.

    I’ll take penalties right now!
